VERY cute and cozy place for coffee. Interior is extremely quiet, relaxed, and laid-back - it's the best "third space" I've found in the area. I come here multiple times a week for the chill atmosphere, delicious drinks, and exceptionally friendly staff (Nicole is the best!). Highly recommend!

Great coffee shop! The barista that took our order and made our coffee was absolutely sweet. The iced mocha I got was delicious. A lot of space including upstairs and the little backyard for customers to enjoy and relax. I wish we’d tried this place earlier.

Excellent service, tasty food and drinks. I had the hummus dill toast which was very fresh and tasty. To drink I had both an oatmilk latte and a hibiscus steamed tea. All were great. Would recommend.

My favorite place to be! My partner and I are here multiple times a week! It’s not fast food and with only one barista working most times you’ll probably have wait if it’s busy but the atmosphere is so wonderful and comfortable. I adore all the barista, they’re very kind folks. I’ve never ventured outside of my usual bagel and loxs but it’s the most perfect bagel I’ve ever had. It’s a gem of Jersey City.

We rented the upstairs for a private event, and I cannot tell you how perfect it was. This place is a gem. It’s like what you want Central Perk to be, except even cozier. The service was great, everybody was so nice. You will love it here.

How adorable! This little café is tucked away that you wouldn't notice it at first glance. As usual, I was skimming through Yelp for a local coffee spot after a rehearsal that took longer than expected. The name of this place popped up, and with the reviews and unique items on the menu, I was intrigued to check it out for myself. I arrived closer to the late afternoon on a Sunday, so it was pretty quiet when I walked in, save for a couple of people sitting at the tables. The single employee I could spot was pleasant and attentive from the moment I walked in. I ended up ordering a toasted, plain bagel with sharp cheddar and guava and a hibiscus and lavender iced tea. While waiting for my order, I had time to really take in the vibe of the place - super relaxed and mellow with plenty of room to either study, meet up with friends, bring a casual date, or just have a relaxed Sunday afternoon. There's even an entire corner (right next to the huge window) with games to play. Loved that concept. When I received my order, I was pleasantly surprised with how rich the flavor was in my tea - I was not expecting that at all. The bagel was amazing - toasted just enough to crisp it with plenty of cheddar and guava evenly mixed to give you that salty sweet combo that cravings are made of. Just thinking about it now has me trying to plan my next visit there already. While I didn't spend as much time in the café as I would have liked due to my schedule, I intend to do so the next time! My only (minor) complaint was the difficulty of finding a lightswitch in the bathroom. Aside from that, I can't wait to check it out again, and you should too!

Listen, I love this spot. The food is good, the vibe is chill, I would love to give it five stars. Tragically, the last time I was in, the owner was sitting there loudly spouting his political opinions. Crime this, cities are ruined that, Democrats sucks blah blah blah. So basically the vibes are ruined when this guy is in because it’s like Fox News playing in the background. Like… does this dude know who goes to local coffee shops? So unfortunately I can’t support, but I guess the coffee is ok.

The Snap Dragon is one of my favorite places to go to in Jersey City! The service is always excellent. You’re greeted with a smile, which enhances the atmosphere. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte, which was excellent. The hibiscus tea was refreshing for an after work drink.
