Nice guys; great location; FIX YOUR PHONE LINES; their phones work 70% of the time. So build enough time if you need your car fast. u guys get five stars if u fix this issue.

If you care about your car, donât park here. LAZ Parking has damaged my vehicle and then denied responsibility, claiming it was âpre-existing damage.â I had clear before-and-after photos taken at the garage, showing the car was undamaged when I dropped it off, and newly damaged when I picked it up; yellow paint transfer on the door edge, which revealed paint stripped to bare metal underneath.
I pointed the issue out to the attendants at pickup, who provided me with the area managerâs email. I emailed him immediately with the photos, yet the company still closed my claim as pre-existing without properly addressing the evidence.
This experience shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. If you care about your vehicle and want peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this garage.
Absolutely terrible experience. The employees were rude and showed no concern for customer time. I had to wait 10 minutes to pick up my car because of their incompetence, and they still had the audacity to charge me for an extra hour. Completely dishonest, unprofessional, and a total rip-off. I will never be coming back and strongly recommend others avoid this place.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Takes one hour to get your car.

Never ever ever ever again. Yes the price is good and the people are nice. But it took ONE HOUR to get my car despite having given them a time.

This place is so cool. Like how cool is it that they say they open at 6am. Then when you get there at 6am to pick up your car, there is NOT ONE EMPLOYEE to be found.
Even cooler - you get to wait 2.5 HOURS for someone to show up. But first, you get to run to 3 other locations begging someone to call the manager to come and open up their garage.
If youâre looking for a miserable parking experience with a staff that is so incompetent they donât bother showing up, this is your place!! Enjoy!!
Took an hour to get my car. The garage had absolutely no system for pick up (passing my card back and forth from one another, asking what kind of car I had multiple times, I was acting as liaison between them and directing the cars). They were very nice people doing their best so I gave 2 stars, but a system is needed.

Not like the other guy that used to work here as a valet (the light skin Afro American, canât remember is name) who was really mean and annoyed for no reason, always feel like disturbing him when I came for my car !
I paid around 260/month and I only take my car twice a month !
Convenient location. We left our car here for several days while we were on a cruise out of Cape Liberty. Cheaper than the parking lot at the cruise terminal.
