I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about. I have been parking here daily every week for over a year and the staff is nothing but friendly and helpful. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes for my car. There is a phone number on your ticket that you are supposed to text when you are on the way and my car is always ready. Also one of the most affordable in the area by far!

First time picking up a car on a Sunday morning. It is 0700. Supposed to be open at 0600. No one is here. No one is answering the phone. Building staff is not associated with parking garage. They told me that I’m not the only one trying to get a car out.

If there were an option for zero star, I would give it. Extremely rude staff. Do not recommend. Staff clearly let my battery drain during the time my car was parked there, then blamed me for it that I had a bad battery and held it over my head that they did me the "favor" of jump starting it.

Would give zero stars if I could. Pay the extra $ to park elsewhere. There's valet service...and then there's holding your car hostage. Had a family emergency and was met with incredibly rude experiences when I needed my car before I indicated I would pick it up.

The staffs are extremely rude. The lot was full but the sign was not clearly put at the entrance. The staff kept insulting me for not seeing the sign. I mean all he had to do was just simply told me the lot was full.

Please know that Annapoorna Bhavan has new owner and they now serve meat. This is no longer a Vegetarian Joint. New owners do not understand there are better option for Indian Cuisine who love meat around the same area where this restaurant Amiya and Mantra are right across from there and they serve Buffet at very reasonable cost with much higher quality food. Quality has gone down and many of my friends are now previous customers as items are expensive and they are no longer exclusive vegetarian. Many of my friends now buy from the food trucks around the area which sell for half the price but Indian food while serving meat. I was a customer of this restaurant for 2 years and almost ate there daily no longer due to the change ownership.

The food is delicious! Authentic and very satisfying. Tried the paneer bhurji, and the vegetarian appetizers, all of them were flavorful. Definitely visiting again.
