I am disappointed today the entire store just doesn't look clean.The glass doors are dirty the floors are dirty and the counters are dusty.Where's the manager of this store obviously the cleaning staff hadn't clean this store in quit some timeThe whole entire store needs a deep cleaning .Starbucks you must do better.I'll come back next week I hope that I see a improvement.

This is the worst The WORST!!!!!!!!Starbucks in the area period I been to Starbucks elsewhere are totally night and day here the workers one for instance Anthony totally unproductive walking around llike he was lost and couldn't find himself while standing two feet from me i said excuse me at lease 20 times and he just kept just being in the zone of confusion until I slammed my hand on the counter he arose from the dead. Newport Hoboken Manhattan anywhere this service would not exist but because it's jersey city they think they can act anyway they please because they are under trained and poorly educated Even when I asked to speak to the person in charge they all where confused HORRIBLE!!!!And look at my YouTube video of the past experience.

I ordered a coffee and a sandwich off Uber Eats and I only received the coffee, I call to inform them that my sandwich is missing and they tell me I have to go pick it up, it’s their mistake and they tell me I have to go pick it up.. Horrible service!

I asked for Cheese Danish, Star bucks employee mentioned, they are out. However I can see they are available. When I asked another employee they mentioned that’s for tomorrow. Okay I got it, but what is the point if they can’t serve a single customers need. Have you ever heard term demand and supply. Thats how you stay in business. Does Employees can guarantee that all the cheese danish will be sold out tomorrow ? No . It might go to waste. I wonder how they run business like this. Starbucks, if you are not Careful you might go out business soon.
