The morning staff is friendly and helpful but they gave me a ham panini when I grabbed a veggie one from the display.

Wait time increased from 5-10 minutes to more 20-30 minutes in the past few days in morning around 7:30. Crowded wait line. Seems to be caused by a change in management

Paid extra for 7 scoops of matcha powder in my cold foam, but they gave me a plain one and brushed me off. Only after I insisted did they remake it, the color difference was huge. If you don’t speak up, they’ll just ignore what you paid for. Staff were cold and dismissive.

I like this Starbucks a lot, and the area is really nice. It is also a transit hub though, so there are some homeless people around, and they are usually harmless. They employees are always really friendly, and it's a good place to go if you need to do some work or are waiting on your commute via the PATH.

Order almost always wrong; almost always takes triple the time as at other locations
I went in and asked for a cup of water for my dog and they denied it. That’s crazy.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I accidentally ordered my iced coffee with no ice and kindly asked the barista if she could pour it into a cup of ice for me so I wouldn’t make a mess. Instead of helping, she just said no, handed me the cup, and told me to do it myself. I tried to pour it carefully, but of course it spilled. When I asked for some napkins to clean up, she didn’t say anything just looked at me and pointed to the corner. As well I paid for extra Carmel to be inside around the cup and she only put it on top of the sweet cream foam after I paid the extra fee.
I understand everyone has tough days, but I was already having a rough one myself, and the lack of kindness and basic customer service made it feel even worse. A little empathy goes a long way, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel any here.
