This review is solely for David and Elsie! I’ve been living in the ‘hood for a few years now and am soon going to relocate. I will miss these two baristas who always made my complicated orders with no issue, haha. Some baristas are very heavy handed with the sweeteners and syrups. Once it was nauseatingly sweet. But Elsie and David literally always get it right and always have a smile. Thank you and I’ll miss you!

I ordered a green tea matcha latte and was given the drink with spoiled oat milk. I realized something was off with the taste, and when I opened the cup to smell the drink it was completely rancid.

Lovely Lily

Supervisor JM was very rude and condescending to me. I have lived in a condo above Starbucks for 12 years, never had a problem with any of the changing staff until today. I always tip well, have good relationships with everyone, with the exception of JM, who was dismissive, snippy, spoke down to me, made me feel unwelcome and frankly, stupid for trying to give them my money.Clearly they feel the company they work for doesnt need it so I won't make that mistake again.

Ordered through mobile app and went in to pick up, after leaving I realized my sandwich wasn’t heated up. Very disappointing since I’ve been before with good service. Isn’t it a health risk to eat bacon not properly cooked to eatable temperatures?

The few times I’ve come to this location it has never gone smoothly. I should have listened to my instincts and just waited until I got closer to home but I decided to stop in anyway. All 3 employees looked unhappy to be there. I got my drink and there was hair in it. The young lady making my drink had her long hair half up hanging down not fully pulled back. When I returned my drink showing the hair there wasn’t an apology or even any response. Just an “oh” and pulled sticker off to remake drink. I should have just asked for a refund. When I stated that she really should have her hair pulled back response from cashier was blank face okay will let her know. I left the store tossed the drink.If you have to go to this location, just mobile order so you don’t have to interact with the employees who seemingly don’t want to interact with you either. Oh and double check your drink for hair.

Starbucks is a pretty solid choice in my book. I worked there after college back in the nineties when there were only 3 stores in NYC! This location has a good staff and it's pretty busy so everything is fresh.

I ordered online and nobody was waiting in the store when I arrived. The drink was fast to be ready. But the sandwiches were slow. I need to remind people to prepare the food. I saw the order receipt was on the shelf but no one was there to prepare the food. More than 20 mins waiting for sandwiches.
