Even with the constant rush that comes with this busy, fast-paced location, Claudia Sessa and her entire team deliver flawless service every single time. Their professionalism shows in every drink they make — consistently delicious, accurate, and prepared with real care. Despite the crowds, the staff stays upbeat, attentive, and wonderfully customer-focused. Claudia sets the tone, and her team truly shines. This Starbucks is a bright spot in Exchange Place and easily one of the best-run stores I’ve ever visited. Highly recommended!

Finally, a Barista Who Knows How to Make a Dry Cappuccino!
I’m a regular runner in the area and pass this Starbucks at Exchange Place constantly. I decided to stop in yesterday for a treat and ordered a dry cappuccino. If you drink these, you know how difficult they are to make correctly. To my surprise, the barista made it absolutely perfect on the very first try! It's rare to find that level of skill, as I often have to send them back elsewhere. This store is definitely worth the trip!

Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations on the NJ side of the Hudson.
The staff here are genuinely friendly, and no matter how busy they are, my order is consistently prepared promptly and correctly, which is huge when I'm on the go.

I’ve been coming here for years since they first opened. The manager Claudia and supervisor Yiasiah are always friendly and have a welcoming smile once you walk through the door. The staff is always on point and having my drinks ready! Keep up the good work Exchange place!
The food here is actually really good — no complaints there. But the cleanliness needs serious improvement. Tables weren’t wiped properly and the overall hygiene didn’t feel up to the mark.
What’s more disappointing is that they say they’re open until 9 PM, but at 7:20 they had already stopped letting people in. It’s frustrating to plan a visit only to be turned away so early.
Would love to come back for the food someday, but only if they improve cleanliness and stick to their stated hours.
