The inconsistency at this place. My Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso tasted absolutely horrible. Whoever the new people are are not following standards. Please train them!!!

Well for starters the drive thru was closed
At 5:45pm on a Saturday for some strange reason. Once inside I noticed there were only 3 baristas & one seemed to be on break. Total time to place order was 10 minutes, only 2 people infront of me online. About 7 minutes to get my drink. Lights were dim not typically like this but hey, I'm only a customer.

Starbucks, u have one job. This location struggles to deliver. The coffee frequently tastes wrong. Wait times are waaaaay too long. Used to go here every day. Now it's quicker to drive 3 miles to the Starbucks kiosk in Stop and Shop Bayonne(and the coffee tastes better).

Not only do they have the best Frappuccino, but they have the most friendly employees I've ever met! Every single employee welcomes me every morning. Thank you for your hard work and friendly greetings!

I completely understand preserving your energy in a fast paced work environment but the employees here move around entirely too slow..every single time.
They are slow. Even if you order ahead on the app, your order will still be not ready when you get to the store. 8 out of 10 times I went there, I had to wait for my drink. I ordered today a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino on mobile and i specifically requested for light whipped cream. When, i get there after 15 minutes, the employee was busy wiping and cleaning and it was only 7:30 PM. She looked at me wondering why am i standing by the pick up area and i told her i have a mobile order. That's the only time she made my drink. I saw her putting almost a quarter cup of whipped cream at the bottom of my drink and then put another quarter cup of whipped cream on top. I didn't pay $8 for a cup of whipped cream. Im really done with this location.

Consistently aggravates me by getting my husband's order wrong that I have to specifically ask for 7 pumps of hazelnut to attempt to get it right and they still forget the hazelnut. Wtf.

I've visited this location, via the drive thru about 3 times and each time the service was good. Something strange happens with the Grande size, it appears to get bigger in the evening or smaller in the morning🤔😂

30mins for a coffee..
Don't go in the Drive-Thru. It takes 15 to 30 minutes each time and sometimes their milk is spoiled. So taste your coffee before you leave.

Great staff that was very attentive and friendly. Spoke with the new manager and shes doing a wonderful job making this big corporate machine feel like a local coffee shop. Pay her well or she'll soon be opening her own cafe and I'll go there!

I am totally shocked that you fired one of the few decent employees that you had on staff. Krysten was always helpful and quick to assist the customer. She always showed up for her shift on time and gave 100% even at times her back was causing her a lot of pain. Your store really needs a overhaul, when you let go people that always show up; yet, you keep people on that show up for work whenever. I know that I am through with such a screwed up company. You really do live up to your nick-name: STARSUCKS!!!!
