The worst drinks and service. If you do not add tip or even if u do sometimes your cup is filled to the top with ice. I get a venti and have 4 1/2 sips. You know how other Starbucks drinks actually look pretty? Not here they just mix it all up and it looks a mess. When I mentioned something small they had an attitude so I didn’t mention anything else. But wouldn’t come here again, plenty other nice Starbucks around.

Don’t order on the app been waiting On my latte for 20 minutes and still haven’t got it
Unprofessional at all , after 15 min waiting for my espresso the young lady in the machine said she need another 20 min & she just got back ... do people in the morning before work have 35 min to get coffee 😃& why nobody said that when I ordered ir when I been waiting

Driving to your drive thru is confusing . Please redirect the entrance Clarke Ave. as exit only to 440 and no entrance (sign required either one). The Edge Ace. Entrance / Exit is safer. I have encountered some rude people arguing for nonsense due to confusion.

I ordered around 5 times at this place one of the nearest starbucks very unprofessional staff, food they make is always different what you ordered always take ages to make simple coffee even though they are not busy using phones and work slow just to take extra time and to customer just go drive thru order means fast and on app it always says its ready and when you come to pickup they didn’t made it and you have to take extra rounds of the drive thru I know many employ names who I encounter with recent one was sam. Starbucks we pay not only for food but also service

Went in to get a simple tea, but looks like the team members were working through a peak period. There was about 4 people and no one at the register. There should always be someone to attend the incoming customers in the store. I don’t fault the team but the lack of support on the floor. Another person there would have made the difference in me not walking out due to no one coming to service me. Disappointed in the poor floor staffing. Can’t expect a team to be successful without the right support.

I had the best tasting hot matcha latte today made by (Joanna) . The guy who was working the drive-through recommended it, and I’m so glad he did. The customer service was truly amazing and so welcoming. 10/10 (you guys are incredible)

I’m new to Jersey city and wanted to try a new coffee location because I felt Dunkin wasn’t up to standard and all I can say is this location is amazing. Most mornings I’m up early and busy at 4-5 because of my work schedule but I make time to stop by because I’m always greeted with “hello friend!” and it makes my mornings! The baristas are always smiling and when I’m at window the chats I have don’t feel forced! I also feel happy because it seems like the people in the morning genuinely enjoy each other’s company, it’s not silent or harsh. I also constantly see the place being tidied, counters are wiped, tables clean and the floors shine, literally. The window worker alone makes the drive from downtown to 440 worth it, I truly enjoy the customer experience. Keep up the great work!

I usually go to Starbucks every day, but my experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I placed a mobile order through the app and chose the walking option. I arrived about 10 minutes later, then waited an additional 5 minutes inside the store before asking about my order. The employee told me she hadn’t even started it yet. When I asked what my options were, she simply said I could cancel for a refund or call the 800 number.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. The lack of service and care for a loyal customer was unacceptable. Because of this visit, I will never go to Starbucks again — they’ve completely lost me as a customer.
