Really nice location, but this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, in regards to service and management. They made my order wrong and I didn't want to wait another half hour to get a refund. I initially wanted to get a refund just to avoid waiting any longer, which is what I should have done. Well. An exercise of money and time waste is what that was. But like I said, very nice looking place and great location (Although the seating is awkward.. bad feng shui), on the northbound side, too. So. Nice, but thrown together, down to how it's run, down to my order. Hope they do something to improve---this would reflect better on the area, because currently, it's off my map. I can wait half an hour for the next Starbucks.

This is the 1st Starbucks I’ve ever been to where you walk in and stand in front of the counter asking for help for 25 straight minutes to get straight ignored. New staff needed asap !

This is the worst Starbucks I've been too between here and union county, the wait time is always long, the drinks are consistently not made the same. And today I was warned not to order my Danish because the oven time today is long, i was also handed a hot cup without the paper sleeve and had to ask for one...will not come back to this one, will stick to Grove st

Great customer service but we ordered a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with extra caramel and the crunchy bits were only on top, barely any caramel and it tasted horrible. We ordered a venti and had to throw it out. Taste your drinks before leaving!

I go here a lot to work on my store. Always a nice and peaceful atmosphere. They are open until 9 PM so I go in the evening.

I ordered a latte and the espresso tasted terrible, like it was old. I asked them to remake it, they were dumbfounded by my request but they did. Still tasted terrible. Starbucks usually has good quality assurance but I don't know who manages this one.

Very quiet place, you will often find people working on their computers while enjoying a cup of coffee. Most of the staff is friendly which is good. The coffee is a hit or miss, at times it will be the best coffee you have tasted, or it will be a sour and strong cup. I would say the best thing about this location is that, it's on the side of the highway and has a drive through, so if it's cold, you don't need to get out.Parking: Lots of spots to park, but during mid day, it does tend to get crowded and it's hard to get a spot.
