Closing Time written is 10 PM and I went at 9:30 PM but they denied taking my order and I have been told that its closed now.

This place rips off customers. Arent the nacho footlong suppose to b $5 not $6??I know franchises has to follow price rules. Its only a dollar diff but its the principal. If they willing to rip off customers this way, what else r they doing to cut corners/decieve customers??
Very bad service the employees don't understand nothing they give you the opposite of what you want and it's a very nasty place I had to throw away the sandwich ! Bad bad bad ❌❌❌❌

I have been coming to this subway shop on Danforth for years, but No Longer and here's why. I order a foot long flatbread sandwich. Instead of making it the long way which is proper way, the lady made it short side, like a 6 inch and folded the flatbread twice. This was an uber delivery but i had drive to the shop. I have been getting this sandwich for years but the lady basically told me i was wrong, and she was right, and implied i was just trying to get extra. I ask for refund and at first she lied and said she can't but when i refuse to leave she called co worker. I had to come back next day and spoke to manager who said he can refund 25 when i paid 34.10. He wanted to give me what his store got paid for sandwich. After a standing my ground, he finally gave me refund. No one should have to go through this and be insulted when the sandwich was clearly made wrong. I normally don't write negative reviews but this store deserves A Big One.

I was just there today and not only that I ordered online, my granddaughter was standing waiting for my order when the last ignored her. She told her to wait a little longer and totally ignored her standing there. I also ordered an Oreo cookie and was not told that she replaced it with a cheaper cookie because it was not available. I ended up picking up the order myself as she yelled at me that my granddaughter did not say anything. What a lie. I was there.

Let me just preface this by saying I’ve worked in fast food for years and am a regular customer at this Subway branch because it’s in my neighborhood. I would’ve never behaved this way with a guest and am all for service workers but this is just insane. Just had the worst customer service experience at this branch at 8:56pm. Employee put cheese on my pizza and toasted it immediately even though I said I wanted meat and veggies while she was roasting it and then told me I had no other options. Didn’t try to fix the error, give me a refund, remake or compensate in anyway and then blamed me telling me it was my fault I didn’t say anything when I told her she was being inhospitable. I will be back to rectify the situation and speak to a manager because this is totally unacceptable, I’ve never left a bad review before and I’m okay with this being my first one. Disappointed and upset. And it’s just subway.

On a Sat night, you should have a good team working. The workers did not understand anything I was saying, it’s not right for the customers or the workers to go through that. Then I ordered the $6.99 deal and they had the nerve to say I could only get Sprite, the reason was hard to understand. I asked if I could get a drink from fridge, they said no only there (meaning the fountain). I asked where do I get a cup, the answer was “yes”. After three attempts they understood that I was asking for a cup. Then after choosing Sprite which they said was the only soda they had, I got home and it was nothing but carbonated water 😡. Everyone in Society Hill, stay away!!!!!!
There was not enough dressing vs. meat ratio. They also did not bring our sandwich to the right car, although we were sitting right in front of the door. Would like to try the other Subway on Broadway, between 24th and 25th streets to see if the service is any better.

Ummm ? nooooo... Too high priced they don't have the bread I like the cookies were stale and I had to keep calling my husband at work because the lady needed to keep checking the receipt however on the receipt it was told that his wife would be picking it up ...so aggravating
