I purchased a topic sandwich which supposed to have double cheese. When I watch the older Filipino woman make it for me she only put two slices of cheese. I was told they’re supposed to be Eight slices the sandwich was super fun and she also wanted to charge me $.10 for a paper sandwich Subway bag I would never recommend this establishment nor would I ever purchase anything there again also the place is very dirty and old looking.

I was served by older Filipino woman wasn’t pleasant or friendly. I ordered a number 18 which is a top 10 and supposed to have two times the provolone. I wind up getting only two slices small of cheese, which I was told from another subway there was supposed to be eight slices, and the sandwich was very thin at the end after I went to pay she wanted $.10 for a paper sandwich bag to put my sandwich and she just tape the wrapper and gave it to me that way or wanted me to pay. I was also told by another subway that they’re free why are we being charged for this ?

Annoyed that I drove here at 10:20am for a steak and egg sandwich... I walk up to the door. I see the worker. Attempt to walk in and the door is locked. They are supposed to open at 9am and they serve breakfast. HOW??? And the worker gave no explanation or apologies because he never came to the door.

Had to tell the new kid to change his gloves when handling food after touching the register. Also caught him scratching his face with his gloves on then went on and made a sandwich. Disgusting! Took my order since i prepaid online but never coming back!

Everytime I go they are super friendly and they do the best sandwiches and salads.
I ordered my subs online, my roommate went to pick up the oder they said they never received the order so I couldn't use the promo code. So my roommate had to pay full price. The person that made the subs didn't know how to make the subs.Terrible customer service. And just plain rude.

Am just unlucky today. Ordered my usual favorite, the guy was new thats ok, but i lost my appetite. While he was making my sandwich he scratched his nose after that he dropped my sandwich. I was just lookin, am not tryin to give him hard time, I just came back and bought another one then threw the first one. Also saw him making another customer sandwich without one hand no gloves, I was like whats goin on here? Lost my appetite.

I've ordered from this Subway a bunch of times through DoorDash and it can definitely be hit or miss. The last two times however it's been really a miss, so I won't be patronizing them again. The last time I ordered, I ordered a subway club and was sent a chicken bacon sandwich. This time I ordered a subway club and a Diet Coke. The coke wasn't send (not sure if this was on the restaurant or the driver but either way frustrating) and my sandwich was not as ordered (did not include the Roast Beef that comes on the sandwich, used lettuce instead of spinach and no jalapeños were included). Normally I can let go when an ingredient isn't correct, but not when this has happened on multiple orders, one of which the sandwich wasn't even close.
