I'm honestly not sure why this subway has such a low rating. I've always had top-notch service here and the food is good quality. The location might not be the best (interesting characters around), but I haven't had a bad experience because of it.

I generally have positive experiences at this Subway location—the food and service are typically up to standard. However, there is one employee—a shorter woman—whose consistent rudeness and dismissive attitude have reached an unacceptable level, and it’s time this is addressed.

On my recent visit, my friend and I ordered specifically to try a new type of bread. Without notifying us, she decided to substitute the bread entirely on her own. When we went to pick up our order, she simply stated, “We were out of that bread, so I just substituted it.” When I pointed out that a simple call or notification would have allowed us to decide, as other Subway locations do, she responded dismissively and unprofessionally, saying, “Okay, you don’t want it, I’ll just cancel it,” without even giving us a chance to think it over—as though the issue was somehow our fault. She even went so far as to accuse us of wasting her bread, despite the substitution being her decision.

This isn’t the first time she has made substitutions without consulting us. Previously, it was minor items, so we let it slide, but this time, it was the bread—the main part of the order—which made it a bigger issue. Her response escalated to a point of hostility, where she threatened to cancel all my future orders from this store, saying she would ban me from ordering—something I found unprofessional and wholly unwarranted. My friend and I ended up leaving without our food, which was supposed to be our dinner.

It’s unfortunate because, apart from her, this Subway location is well-run and typically a pleasant place to visit. But the level of disregard and unprofessionalism displayed by this one employee is beyond acceptable. Were it not for her behavior, I’d gladly recommend this Subway location.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this Subway location. There is an employee who, while trying to be very particular, often comes across as short-tempered and doesn’t communicate well with customers. During my last pickup order, she substituted my bread choice without even asking and she was like we do not have option to message, than how other restuarants are calling before making changes in orders ? this which left me feeling dismissed and unheard. She also implied that I was "wasting" bread, which was a strange and unfounded comment to make.

As someone with specific dietary restrictions, this approach made me very uncomfortable. It’s important that staff respect customer choices and confirm any changes before proceeding. I would appreciate a bit more flexibility and better communication in the future to ensure everyone's preferences and beliefs are respected. Also she was like you will not be able to order again cause we are canceling and you wasted our bread.

Manager wanted us to buy a whole new sandwich because they made the sandwich wrong. It’s the cost of doing business. If you don’t know that, you shouldn’t be running a business.

There’s contamination here if you were vegan don’t eat here!!

What I saw is the grab the meat with the same gloves that they grab the lettuce tomatoes cucumbers and all the vegan ingredients!! That means there is contamination!! They don’t change the gloves!!

Since there is contamination of not switching the gloves it’s not safe to eat here if you’re vegan or vegetarian.

They have a veggie patty but is still contaminated!!

I hope that this store closes. It is run by clowns....terrible service with no compassion. I ordered from app, food was never delivered so doordash did redelivery and the store canceled the redelivery. Ridiculous.

This store is ridiculous they don’t serve online orders in the proper way. Staff here is unprofessional and rude requested to make footlong half they could not make it.Never recommend this store.

I've been going to this subway for over 10 years. I decided to get a roast beef and I got a sample of it.. so I can get a cold cut combo for cheaper. And get more meat than this. I felt like I got scammed big time. Why are they so stingy ?
