If there is a 0 stare i will leave it the service is bad hey owner git up and check what in your buisness zero customer service every time I go there I have to ask them to remove gloves and put on new ones it's unprofessional bad

I ordered online on the subway website for a pickup at this store and the store canceled it directly. I had to call and ask the reason and they mentioned it’s because I used a coupon code. Terrible attitude and customer service.

Does what a subway does - necessity food, you dont go there for a great social or amazing food. However surprised that they did not have a Veggie patty available - it was a printed sign so clearly not a one day issue - so veggies, that day could only have a veggie delight (basically bread with salad).
crazy is that for the size of shop it is, the number of tables is extremely limited...
Overall clean - does the job.

This is the WORST location to order Subways. The Subways Franchise should shut this place down. So many people are reporting this same issue I encountered. I ordered a Cheesesteak from here and the it came basically empty.
If you're going to order from this place, PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. You're going to spend $19 for this...

The girl who served me that night was super friendly. Excellent service, very cordial and attentive at all times. It's a pleasure to receive such service!

The worst subway I’ve had in my life. The Subway franchise should sue this store for bringing down its reputation.
I placed an order on their app. Went to pickup the order and was notified rudely the order was cancelled upon arrival. He then proceeds me to hand me the receipt that he voided and refunded me the amount. The amount he refunded was less than my order total. He thought I was stupid and didn’t notice. Employee was very rude and the other reviews here backs up his consistency of horrific customer service. He was on his EarPods and this person shouldn’t be working in a service industry with his crappy customer service attitude. I rather starve and wouldn’t order from here if you paid me to!! Disgusting!!!!

I got a very negative vibe from the staff at the Exchange Place location. Not at all friendly!! I can't imagine coming back.
The most disgusting subway I have ever been to and absolutely the worst customer service. I will never ever go back to this place again even if you pay me.
Everything about this subway location is disgustingly bad. The way it’s kept, the food and especially the workers. All very disrespectful and unsanitary.
The reviews here are undeserved. I have extreme anxiety and have a hard time talking to people alot of the time. But i can say i felt welcomed and comfortable. The workers are sweet and helped me with my order, its clean and has a warm atmosphere i love this place ^^
This place is very terrible.
On 12/9/24 at 8:40 pm . I ordered online and checked out as a guest . There was no function that I can put my personal name online. The guy kept ask my name , but I said I was checked out as a guest . I showed my order number , he did not even check my order number .
I was a nice person that I explained my issues. He just printed out received and said “ Don’t come back to here”. He was so rude to customer
