This is the WORST location to order Subways. The Subways Franchise should shut this place down. So many people are reporting this same issue I encountered. I ordered a Cheesesteak from here and the it came basically empty.

I placed an order on their app. Went to pickup the order and was notified rudely the order was cancelled upon arrival. He then proceeds me to hand me the receipt that he voided and refunded me the amount. The amount he refunded was less than my order total. He thought I was stupid and didn’t notice. Employee was very rude and the other reviews here backs up his consistency of horrific customer service. He was on his EarPods and this person shouldn’t be working in a service industry with his crappy customer service attitude. I rather starve and wouldn’t order from here if you paid me to!! Disgusting!!!!

The reviews here are undeserved. I have extreme anxiety and have a hard time talking to people alot of the time. But i can say i felt welcomed and comfortable. The workers are sweet and helped me with my order, its clean and has a warm atmosphere i love this place ^^
This place is very terrible. On 12/9/24 at 8:40 pm . I ordered online and checked out as a guest . There was no function that I can put my personal name online. The guy kept ask my name , but I said I was checked out as a guest . I showed my order number , he did not even check my order number . I was a nice person that I explained my issues. He just printed out received and said “ Don’t come back to here”. He was so rude to customer

The service is worst, one of the worst experience i ever had . The server is using all the bad language if we ask any specifications for the foot long . I would like to give the zero star but i dont have anything options . That’s why i am giving one star . I am amazed that he said no dipping sauce is given with foot long dipper .

The person over there wad so rude, really insane. Please appoint better individuals behind the counter. Otherwise just close it man !! Go to CAVA just down the street but don't come here.
