This place is very terrible.
On 12/9/24 at 8:40 pm . I ordered online and checked out as a guest . There was no function that I can put my personal name online. The guy kept ask my name , but I said I was checked out as a guest . I showed my order number , he did not even check my order number .
I was a nice person that I explained my issues. He just printed out received and said “ Don’t come back to here”. He was so rude to customer

The service is worst, one of the worst experience i ever had . The server is using all the bad language if we ask any specifications for the foot long . I would like to give the zero star but i dont have anything options . That’s why i am giving one star . I am amazed that he said no dipping sauce is given with foot long dipper .

This location does not deserve half star also. Literally don't know how to talk to customer. My friend was just asking about the online order he made. The person over there wad so rude, really insane. Please appoint better individuals behind the counter. Otherwise just close it man !! Go to CAVA just down the street but don't come here.

Yeah, just got two footlong sandwiches from this place and the quantity was laughable. There was absolutely no chicken in either of the sandwiches.If you compare the actual sandwiches to the pictures Subway has the audacity to display on their website, you'd cry till you laughed. Do not recommend.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN. DO NOT GO THERE! I pre-ordered a meatball hero, somehow the app confused the fact I didn't want cheese, so it was added. When I spoke to the worker about it he didn't want to remove the cheese let alone make me another sandwich. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A FULL STAR, IF THERE WAS A HALF STAR IN SERVICE I WOULD OF CHECKED IT!

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. If you order a sandwich here expect it to be 90% bread and 10% whatever ingredients are supposed to be in the sandwich. Incredibly poor value. Infuriating that they apparently think customers won’t notice or care.

Public bathroom is blocked by the trash can. So customers can’t even use the bathroom. I’m sorry if I eat or drink, obviously I need to use the bathroom. It’s so sad the lack of public bathrooms in the United States. I think the workers just don’t want to clean the bathroom, but it’s like I don’t know….their job. Also the tomato’s looked old.

Just left this establishment about five Ago Wasn’t even acknowledge for the first two minutes despite me being the only customer there, then when I was finally able to order, he had my order wrong. I wanted a meatball sandwich and he gave me a turkey instead and when I told him of his mistake, he snapped at me and insisted. I told him I wanted turkey sandwich, then aggressively threw the sandwich into the trash bin and told me to never come back to “his” store. Not once did I raise my voice, not once did I insulte this man to receive this type of treatment. I would avoid this place at all cost they clearly don’t value customers. I will be contacting the establishment itself to report this. Not sure if it will make a difference after seeing all the terrible reviews

Worst subway I have ever seen - looked like it was closed - bad service, had a tuna sandwich and the guy working used his hands !!(got plastic gloves on ) to put the tuna on the bun !!! rest of the shop looked gross..pored the sauces out of plastic bags on the sandwich … I have no explanations what this place has to do with subway - shocked! Less then one star ..

If I can leave them negative stars I would. This place is awful.and workers and manager are nasty. This place needs to shut down. I don't normally eat at subway but I was in a mood since I haven't ate subway in 2-3 years. Anyways, I placed my order on the subway app at my closest location which was at exchange place and my order went way wrong. I ordered a veggie for a friend and for myself I got a tuna, I also got a footlong cookie. Anyways, the order went wrong since I asked for some more veggies and when I got my sandwich I didn't even get veggies nor cheese. They claimed 4 cheese slices there was 1, I asked for veggies and more of it, and hardly anything. I asked for tuna. It looked like there was one scoop of tuna. The footlong cookie was literally half. I called them within 20 mins. I live on grove and so yah. Anyways he started cursing me out and I heard them laughing in the back And then accusing me and then a different story and was saying oh I have a camera in my resturant blabla. And then he went on to rant on how Muslims like me deserve to die etc. Anyways, I already called the credit card company and wrote an email to subway, going to call nj consumer affairs. What else can I do? This place needs to shut down.
