I guess most peoples' frustrations are around online/mobile ordering or business hours. I've been going for lunch and while it may not be the freshest Subway I've been to, it's been relatively fine. I can see why some people may have concerns with service and cleanliness with regards to the soda machine given the run-down condition of the joint.

Whatever you do, do not get soda from their machine. I kept seeing black specks in my ice, then tried soda alone and the same thing. The machine must be very dirty inside! Stick with bottled drinks!

I ordered from uber eats. They didn’t have what I ordered so they called me to tell me that. I initially said that was fine please just cancel it. The woman said ok. They proceed to then harass me 3 more times by calling my phone trying to bully me into cancelling my order on my end so I’m still charged.

Uber eats was no more help than them, but their chat service did say it’s their responsibility to cancel the order if they don’t have what you ordered.

So THEN, they proceed to fake a delivery to my apartment—of food they themselves said they don’t have—so they still get paid.

Then when I call them they are rude then place me on hold while they chat amongst themselves then they hang up on me and refuse to answer the phone.

This is literally both fraud and theft.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM.

Multiple sources online says that this Subway closes at 8. Even when you arrive at the Subway, they have a poster with their hours that says closes at 8. When I got there today, I had to knock on the door so hard I felt like I would bruise my knuckles. When someone came to the door I asked if they were closed because I checked before I arrived to see if they were open, and the employee replied they close at 6 on Sundays. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. Hours need to be updated or else they’ll need to be reported to the better business bureau.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Subway location. I placed a mobile order through the official Subway app, only to have it canceled for no apparent reason. Confused and hoping to still get my food, I decided to go to the store in person at 6 PM—plenty of time before closing, as both Google Maps and the Subway app clearly state that this location is open until 8 PM.

However, when I arrived, I found the doors locked, and the store was supposedly “closed.” To my shock, I could see employees inside, one of whom was casually chatting with a coworker, clearly in no rush to serve customers. There was no sign explaining why they had closed early, and no effort was made to acknowledge me or any other potential customers. This wasn’t a case of being understaffed or overwhelmed with orders—this was pure laziness and a lack of care for their job.

As someone of Indian heritage, where hard work, dedication, and commitment to one’s profession are deeply ingrained values, this kind of behavior is beyond disappointing. It is a disgrace to the strong work ethic that many Indians take pride in. No matter what job you do, whether it’s working in a restaurant or running a business, there is a basic expectation to serve customers with professionalism and integrity. Seeing an employee at a global chain like Subway neglect their duties so openly is both embarrassing and unacceptable.

Subway is an internationally recognized brand, and customers expect reliability when they choose to eat here. If employees are shutting down two hours early simply because they don’t feel like working, it reflects not only poorly on them but also on the management that allows such behavior. This location needs serious oversight and better-trained staff who understand what it means to work in customer service.

Unless they make major improvements, I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Usually good, but I got here at 10:40 am and they were still making the bread, and had to microwave the meatballs.
