Multiple sources online says that this Subway closes at 8. Even when you arrive at the Subway, they have a poster with their hours that says closes at 8. When I got there today, I had to knock on the door so hard I felt like I would bruise my knuckles. When someone came to the door I asked if they were closed because I checked before I arrived to see if they were open, and the employee replied they close at 6 on Sundays. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. Hours need to be updated or else they’ll need to be reported to the better business bureau.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Subway location. I placed a mobile order through the official Subway app, only to have it canceled for no apparent reason. Confused and hoping to still get my food, I decided to go to the store in person at 6 PM—plenty of time before closing, as both Google Maps and the Subway app clearly state that this location is open until 8 PM.
However, when I arrived, I found the doors locked, and the store was supposedly “closed.” To my shock, I could see employees inside, one of whom was casually chatting with a coworker, clearly in no rush to serve customers. There was no sign explaining why they had closed early, and no effort was made to acknowledge me or any other potential customers. This wasn’t a case of being understaffed or overwhelmed with orders—this was pure laziness and a lack of care for their job.
As someone of Indian heritage, where hard work, dedication, and commitment to one’s profession are deeply ingrained values, this kind of behavior is beyond disappointing. It is a disgrace to the strong work ethic that many Indians take pride in. No matter what job you do, whether it’s working in a restaurant or running a business, there is a basic expectation to serve customers with professionalism and integrity. Seeing an employee at a global chain like Subway neglect their duties so openly is both embarrassing and unacceptable.
Subway is an internationally recognized brand, and customers expect reliability when they choose to eat here. If employees are shutting down two hours early simply because they don’t feel like working, it reflects not only poorly on them but also on the management that allows such behavior. This location needs serious oversight and better-trained staff who understand what it means to work in customer service.
Unless they make major improvements, I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Ordered a 6 inch tuna sub by itself and the woman charged me $7.45 !!! Lettuce onion peppers oil and vinegar ?? these shops are getting out of hand. First and last time I will go there.

Horrible experience today around 6pm Indian girl server with black straight hair very very horrible person.i greeted her with a hello no response. She was not serving anyone just looking at the floor and ignoring me. Then I asked for a veggie patty sub and she started making the sub without even making eye contact like she was doing a favor.mde the wrong sub and started arguing that I ordered veggie delite when I said u din't put the patty.she picked up patty with her nasty hands throwing an attitude at me and started screaming at me so I had to leave.the server did the same thing with many of my friends.she made the same face and served the person before me. I hope the manager reads this person should be fired immediately.

Delicious my vegetarian bread
I ordered a foot long veggie patty sandwich and had I not seen it on time, I would have regretted big time. The lady who was making my sandwich added only 4 slices of cucumbers leaving too much space in between. When I asked her to add more slices, she added one more slice. The same thing she did with tomatoes. I had to tell her again. She would hardly add any veggies to the sandwich as if I was asking them for too much. If the person orders veggie patty sandwich, the least you can do is add the right amount of vegetables forget the art of making sandwich which is arranging all the vegetables properly and actually giving a sandwich and not a salad bowl stuffed between a bread. The same thing with the dressings. She hardly put any dressing on the sandwich. I would never go there again. I highly recommend to not go there where they only care for making money by not giving enough ingredients. It was the worst experience I ever had.
