Like walking into a store full of zombies, these employees are so dead inside. The cookies are worth it but not the over priced generic beverages. Also, they always put too much sauce on my sandwich despite me ALWAYS asking specifically for just the little tiniest bit. Then it's *SPLORT!* all over the place. They always apologize and try to wipe it off with a napkin (like that's appetizing), and I can't even be upset with them. Because, legit, it's not their fault that subway doesn't offer SAUCE ON THE SIDE but please, management, look into that.

DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER FOR PICKUP. They’ll get it wrong!! Please, go in store to place your order if you don’t want to waste your time dealing with workers who lack manners and customer service skills.

This is the worst subway I been to in jersey city, they don't treat their customers with respect, and don't listen to how you want your sandwich and their attitude is very nasty like you don't spending your money and of top that
As a whole I have no or with the food here in fact I don’t mind it at all. HOWEVER what I do mind is the staff at this particular location. I have been here a few times and have received the same treatment as before. I’m not saying there is anything to do with race here but I am a darker skin color than the other customers there. And the one guy at the counter seems to never fail to stair at me like I did something wrong when I didn’t do anything wrong. Each time I have gone here I have gotten the same reaction only to me and no one else. I am so upset if you have any comments about me as a customer at least wait till I leave. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

So at this particular Subway's, the 1 lady that is always there is a pain in the ass. She doesn't listen , talks over you and doesn't always know what she is talking about but she's always talking!!! They don't seem to work together, and a mobile order for 2 sandwiches should not have taken 25 minutes considering It WAS EMPTY!!! I love subways but if possible, choose a different location

Vegetarian options: Ask for Nisha and she will help, she is great, very polite and diligent! She listens to your request and give different options if one of the ingredients are over. She does her job with knowledge and in good mood!?❤️

They are disgusting! Today I witnessed a person from the Board of Education enter the store and state she was given the wrong type of cookies. An employee of Subway asked the customer which two cookies she didn't want, exchanged them but did not discard the cookies. NOPE back for resale. I am sick to my stomach that this happened moments ago. Be careful.
