I purchased a cake (6 inch for $60) very last minute about two hours prior to their closing, and they happily complied on making a fresh cake for me that to being vegan, which was super thoughtful. I also enjoyed the cake very much with my husband, and we are definitely going to be ordering more from here in the futurešš½šš½šš½šš½

I order one thing and they served me otherwise, I was charged $122 for 12 cupcakes and medium cake and they give me a 6ā cake. specifications on how and where to write the name was wrong plus the cake they gave us was away too small for 30+ peoples first and last time I order from here.

The cake was absolutely deliciousāmoist, flavorful, and beautifully crafted. My entire family couldnāt stop raving about it. What truly impressed me was witnessing the team in action. While working remotely, I arrived early at the bakery and had the chance to watch them make my cake from scratch. Their skill, passion, and attention to detail were remarkable.

We ordered a VEGAN Chocolate Cake (outside) with Vanilla and Fresh Strawberry inside.
The cake appeared great from outside. Upon having the piece of cake, it was extremely dry and my friends didnāt enjoy it so much.

I did not order or buy this cake. But as someone that is a total amateur in baking and does it as a hobby I feel this bakery needs to know this. Absolutely worst cake I have ever tried in my life. It was like eating flavorless card board, the cake was very heavy and bland. The175 guest at the party refused taking home any left overs. Ended up throwing away 600.00 cake because it was that bad. This might have been an isolated incident so this is just the opinion of one party.

Super disappointed in the lack of customer service here - I didnāt even get to the point of trying the creations because I got a dismissive āsorry canāt do this orderā when I inquired about cookies for a birthday order a month out, and when I asked them to explain more and stated I was also interested in a cake, they decided to share the cost of each cookie with me as the response. It takes zero dollars to be kind and attentive, even via email, and understand the needs of your client, offer options for getting your clientās business instead of shutting them down via a quick reply on your phone. Would not recommend.

I'm not actually her Iām her son. So let me tell you about this. I ordered 2 donuts from this so-called ā4 star cafeā. The first donut looked good. But when I took a bite of it it was hard and stale and tasted disgusting. I was hoping the second donut would be good, but it also tasted horrible and I felt sick after eating it. The service and atmosphere were decent, but itās all about the food. Unbelievable! One star!
