Very strange experience. The woman behind the counter making the sandwiches…didn’t know how to make sandwiches? I kind of feel bad but this was wild. My friend and I ordered a turkey bacon club and a hot honey chicken sandwich - every step of the process she asked us what we wanted. The ingredients are on the menu. She asked if my friend wanted mayo on his hot honey chicken sandwich. I didn’t get bacon. And he didn’t get hot honey. The line kept growing behind us, prime lunch time. It took 20mins for two sandwiches. It was like an alien trying to make human sandwiches.

This was the best sandwich spot in the city...now under new ownership it's over I was shocked at how bad they messed up everything...FOOD IS HORRIBLE IM SORRY BUT ITS OVER MAN

AWFUL. Under new management. Chef/owner does not know what she’s doing. She does not follow recipes and makes up whatever she wants with your order. Received meat that was BLUE and clearly freezer burned. Really wish the previous owners didn’t sell they had a real special place here. It’s completely ruined and not the same restaurant we all know and love. Price doesn’t match the quality. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

the people who own this place are awesome and they truly care about the neighborhood. there is a school near by and they are always gracious and helpful to the kids. you want a good salad, come here. my friends like the sandwiches and pizza.
