We had a great time here for the 17 course omakase dinner.
Perfect omakase experiences. Delicious preparations, fun vibes, great cocktails, personalized service.

Alex and Adolfo were amazing so attentive , truly the dream team . ✨ took care of us all the way
I visited today with the hope of enjoying a well-earned, relaxing omakase experience.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere and staff response left me deeply disappointed.
During both the pre-meal communication and the meal itself, the background music was excessively loud—more reminiscent of a bar or club than a refined sushi counter.
I politely asked the staff to lower the volume not once, but three times, hoping for a simple adjustment that would allow me to enjoy the food and conversation.
However, no attempt was made to accommodate my request, and I was even told, “It is supposed to be like this,” on the third try.
That response felt dismissive and tone-deaf, particularly given that an omakase experience should prioritize attention to detail, ambience, and hospitality.
I sincerely hope your team will reconsider how guest feedback is handled, and how sound levels are managed in the future—especially at a venue that positions itself as an elevated omakase experience.

Ever heard of Brian ? THE BARTENDER WHO CAN MAKE A DRINK OUT OF EVERYTHING?! I got a sake that was too strong and he made drinks that I would enjoy from the sake. Alex gave us 10/10 experience !

Excellent service and excellent omakase. Space is very ambient and houses a cozy group of 5 making it an intimate space with the group. Staff is attentive and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Love Bou. I've been eating at David's restaurants since he was at Sushi Dojo. I ate at this location twice. The food is great. You know what you're getting. I've been to $200-400 spots that aren't as good. My only issue was one time, the chef was a bit of a diva (this was when this location first opened). Parking is a little difficult in this area, so I was paying on the parking app, while sitting at the sushi bar, and the first offering was sitting on the plate too long for his liking. After that, he was rude the rest of the dinner. The second visit, everything was fine. I've sat with David a few times (not here), he even gave me free rolls after all of the dinner courses. Great guy, I wish him all the success in the world.
Best place I’ve been to for sushi outside of Japan — especially Adrian and gene!
We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they made sure everything was delicious and fresh. Alex and Bryan made us feel welcomed and ‘emerged’ on every stage of the omakase experience. Will be going back soon!
go here!! it is worth every penny!
we went to the jersey city location and the service was amazing!
definitely do the 17 course :)
Great omakase experience. Food and drinks were worth it
