Rudest customer service in the world. I feel I’m buying food from a jail. When the employee is actually fairly nice, they completely mess up the order: gave everything beef when I asked for potato. I give up. Never going here again in my life.

Only one kiosk is working and I asked someone from there if I can just order to cashier directly and she said no. I can't even tell who is it because they don't even have name tag. If this is the rules here, that is not a good customer service. The one who's using the kiosk is taking so long and reading nutrition facts of every menu. I waited for 20 minutes while the people working at taco bell are not even busy.

Had ordered delivery from taco bell and the delivery guy didn’t get more than half of the order. Went back to store and they had the other order with them. It was cold and they didn’t offer to remake it and the guy started yelling. Really bad customer service and experience. He said you can just talk to customer service and ask for refund.DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER.
Would give them less than one star. The staff is really rude, worst customer service ever received at a taco bell location. The guy who was a the counter was yelling when he messed up the delivery order and we had to pick it up. He tossed the order in trash and we had to spend more money to order food again.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Update 09.25.23....havent been here in a year.So I tried it again today.Your order will be missing some of the ingredients.Anybody who gives this location 4 or 5 stars works for Taco Hell.May 2019.Always under staffed ....One person makingall the food = 10 to 15 minutesfor one burrito...on a Monday at 11pm.

No service anymore. You can only place your order on the kiosk (2). If you're paying cash, then you have to pay at the register after using the kiosk.
