There was an employee in the counter. We ordered our food at the kiosk When our food came we went to get ketchup and all of them were dirty so we asked the employee for new fire packets she said no and said they were not dirty and said you can still use them. But after she gave us new ones but she threw it at us and started to roll her eyes and say bad things.

I bought a cantina chicken bowl spouses a sour cream & guacamole , never found !! Only give a extra guacamole bc I paid for that. The mannager suppose fix the problem

Everytime I order from here through ubereats they seem to ignore all the add / remove options...got me spending extra money for no reason. It's not that hard yall 😭 and they forgot the chips but sent me 2 queso? 😭🤚 edit: Gave yall an extra star cause yall did me right with this burrito tho 😘

Traveling all over the United States can get kinda lonely & sometimes you need a touch of something totally familiar. Few things score on the point like Taco Bell. I'm a serious lover of tacos. Many things help create a touchstone of course the food and being open late are just a couple. The only thing keeping Taco Bell from 5 stars really isn't their fault. Mexican food is notoriously difficult to eat while driving. That's just a fact. I've watched for decades Taco Bell's valiant efforts to created such things. Some have been okay some not. But alas my beloved tacos are beyond reach. Perhaps that is by design. They require me to stop and take a few minutes from my journey. Allowing me to savior the delicious blending of the ingredients. After all nothing beats a really good crunchy Taco Supreme. Keep up the good work. I'll be on the road again soon.

I literally waited 15 minutes for my food to reserve to me last night thank you and it's a large can I have an extra cheese please one is not enough for a large you get one with a small so why I only got one now okay I'm glad they got there too and on top of that he want to charge me 50 cent more for extra cheese when I got a large and you can get a 50 cent one you did one with a small
