Very bad and toooo slow . Make a taco and burrito takes them 30 mins. Drive thru are for grab n go and easy fast service. Never knew it takes them 30-40 min in drive thru waiting at the window

Don’t get me wrong this is my spot but there’s always a bad apple or two that they hire to make the business go down terribly. Management needs to watch what the workers are doing because they keep missing items. Also, the cantina crunch taco I ordered for my daughter was crushed and when I noticed I had them fix that right away since I already had missing items. Then when I got home my hubby said he just came from there and his cantina crunch tacos were also crushed as well as my sons. Handle these items correctly that’s disgusting nobody wants their items to be crushed. That poor girl working the drive thru was going in and out the store multiple times to hand orders to customers. It’s a lot of work load on her and that’s not fair.. hire better workers. You guys have a hard job and for those of you that care, god bless you but for those of you who don’t care for the job just leave because you’re messing everything up.

The Dominican dude literally stared me in eyes 4 times and ignore when I said excuse me.
Don’t bother I’d give 0 stars if possible. I ordered off of door dash. Not only did they miss the biggest item in my order, failed to follow instructions, and my quesadilla was missing a slice(the bag wasn’t tampered). Even dining in isn’t worth it. Last time I waited nearly an hour. And there wasn’t a rush of customers. They weren’t short staffed either. Spare employees were floating around. This location is never getting my money again.

So you ask for the key for the bathroom and after asking for it countless times they asked someone Who I believe is a manager comes out of nowhere with a very particular attitude saying that the bathroom is out of service, and when you asked why there's no signs explaining that it gives you an even bigger attitude, never coming back to this location
