I ordered at doordash at 11:15pm and it’s nearly 12:15am, the driver has been waiting for like an hour now and my food isn’t delivered yet.. talk about waiting. Atleast give better service

Can I give the atmosphere unlimited stars!!? Drove 40 minutes with my friend to eat at this specific location because of it’s original 90s decor! My cheesy Gordita crunch was really good and the pink and blue booths brought me back to my childhood. I really appreciate this locations classic design, so if you’re looking for a classic Taco Bell experience this is it! 10/10 would visit again :)

The soda machine is not always well kept. Even the tables in the lobby. If i can give this restaurant lower than one star, i would. They are so slow and wouldn't even pay attention if there are customers waiting for their food. I had to wait 15 minutes before someone comes to the front to take my order and had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my food, while all this time, the manager kept glancing at me, never even bothered to ask what am i waiting for. When they finally handed over my food ,because i had to follow up, they were rude. Maybe because i looked pissed already but nobody seemed apologetic about them forgetting my order. This place is a mess. No wonder they have new employees all the time.

I went to Taco Bell yesterday night with my father and boyfriend one of the employees was so rude and said I needed Jesus just because I had a costume on that I was wearing for a costume party for the City Of Jersey City the lady kept staring while we was eating our food and giving dirty looks ,mind you she had just walked in for her shift and just randomly insulted me like that Very Unprofessional and I would never go here again.Even other employees told her it was not necessary for anything she had said to me.
I'm not going to give any stars, as this taco bell totally messed up all 4 out of 5 protein bowls. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT TACO BELL EVER AGAIN ?

Everytime I go to this Taco Bell, no matter how many times I give them a chance, it’s always a disappointment. Literally everytime I go here they get my order wrong, or forget something that I’ve paid for. And by the time I realize, I’ve already driven off. The staff never listens to what you ask and just puts whatever they feel like putting in the bag. Totally done with this location. Homeless people hanging out by the drive thru begging for food too. Just overall an annoying experience.
