I work for under eatstoday, I accepted a request from Taco Ball, where she told me one of those who work inside. We care about the customers inside the restaurant, and each from Uber, Garabhab and Dardash waiting for more than two hours, and I did not get the order, so the one who works inside offered me a drink for free for you, and you took this drink and then more than ten minutes, she refused to give me the order to deliver it. This is the worst restaurant in Jersey City. No one cares about the staff for food delivery service.

Wait 20 minutes before they said they were out of an item. Manager was rude when I asked for a refund.

45 min for Taco Bell. Kept asking how long for the last item I was waiting for. “One minute,” then 5-10 min later, “One minute.” I asked them to tell me honestly cause I’d rather just cut my losses and leave the spicy potato taco behind. Everyone knows I’m famous for my “no taco left behind” policy but I did want to go home at some point. “One minute.” A couple minutes later I walked. 45 min since I ordered. They should shut this location down. Failed experiment.

This place would be better off closed then serving food. Even if you order ahead of time on the app it still takes 30 minutes plus to get even 1 item from the menu. @Taco Bell needs get better management.
Surprisingly prices are higher here than at the Taco Bell in Midtown Manhattan — the value meal bean & cheese in Manhattan is $1, and $1.89 here ?

I have ordered delivery from this location 5 times and not one time have I received all the items I ordered. It got to the point where I stopped reporting the missing items in fear of having my account flagged.I have dined in twice and the second (and last) time it took 45 minutes to receive my order with only one person in front of me.Very disappointed in this location. Extremely poorly managed.
