Got fries here.. the interface asks for choice of sauce but the staff decides what they want to give and refused to give ketchup.

Trash service. First time visiting and last. I was the only car at the entire drive thru on a Sunday and the lady at the window said pull forward until she tells me to stop, so nevertheless I did (unsure why at first). Then when the food was ready, she asked me to reverse back to get it. I asked what was the whole point? She said it helps her get better timing on serving the customers. Why fake something if thats how it needs to show management whats going on?

Every time I come to Taco Bell the drive thru is always ALWAYS closed. If I come 8pm, 9pm, 10pm. It’s always closed but the lights of the drive thru are on. Don’t know why have a drive thru if it’s always going to be closed.

Just a pick up window and a kiosk to order at. No sitting options except small outside area. No restrooms. Grand opening, grand disappointment!

Waited for about 25 minutes to get my order even though there were 4 people inside and just three orders on the waitlist — mine being the first one. The service was very slow and disappointing. On top of that, the food wasn’t packed properly, it was messy, and didn’t even taste good.
What made it worse was the poor hygiene — I saw a man from the kitchen step outside to smoke and come back in without washing his hands before returning to work. Really unacceptable and concerning. Overall, a very poor experience.

very slow at this location. The employees here slide on the floor instead of walking. There is no slip free matts in the kitchen so everyone is sliding.

There were only two people working and the wait time was 30 minutes for a soft taco with potatoes and a chicken bowl. That wait time is criminal for a fast food place. I feel bad for the workers!

I don't understand what the purpose of opening a taco bell by the tunnel when they close the drive thru after a certain time. Then they discourage you by saying its going to be a long wait. Anything for you to leave.
