Ordered in Uber eats they missed my non-veg appetizer. Now just have to eat my main course.

I debated just letting this incident go, and not posting a negative review, however, this experience is still bothering me. I will state the facts of my encounter. I walked in and said, "It smells good in here." I received no response or acknowledgement. So I just stated that I was picking up my order and the name... No response again and forabiut 60 seconds. Now it's awkward. She finally looked up from the tablet and stated, "See if your order is there." I see she's pointing to a table on the other side of her. As I lift the bag to look for the name, she snatches it out my hand, and says, "Its the other one!"

Please do not order anything from here. I used to order a lot from this place and today I found a huge cockroach in my order and this is not at all acceptable.

Worst place to buy food. Ordered medu vada, got deep fried stale food dripping with oil. Called up to share feedback and was hung up on. Should have checked their poor ratings.Never again!!

We ordered one chicken and one veg biryani from this restaurant. The packaging was done well and the list of good things ends there. The chicken biryani barely had any chicken pieces, the taste was very average and we did not feel too well after eating it! Never ordering from here again.

Best biriyani and chettinad food ever!Have not had that authentic flavour outside of India! Thank you so much for such food food and great deals!

I have taken mysoor bonda and mixture both are very very salty and oily can't even eat one. The taste as well worst ever. Even 1 rating does not deserved.

This review is of the quality of the food based on take outs ordered and not of the actual place, location, ambience etc. The quality of the food is sub par and pedestrian, the vadas are small dark over fried, the masala in the Dosa has NO connection to the authentic dosa/poori masala one expects (or remembers from Tamil Nadu in India, the salna was a flaming angry orange over oily and over spicy again with no connection to any real delicious salna, the jangri was over sweet and dripping with syrup or ghee more like the Imrity or jalebis of north india, with NO connection to the delicate gentle often rose-scented flavors of great South Indian jangris….. all in all very disappointing. The stars are for idlis and the sambar which were just OK, but then you need to be really skilled to screwup idlis!!!
