Portion was too little. They use Styrofoam plates. It causes cancer. So I asked her for a bowl. Not friendly at all. The curry goat did taste good. But everything else is way below mediocre for the damn price they charge. Roti was so thin and ridiculous. I would never eat here again. Smile at your customers especially a friendly one like me. U had an attitude when I was asking about pricing. Woman, change your trini attitude and make people feel welcomed!!!!

I was craving doubles so I thought I would try this place since I couldn't get to my normal spot Sarah's in Orange NJ. My order was placed on Doordash for two doubles....when it arrived I was so excited until the bag was placed in my hands and I noticed how light the bag was. I opened the bag to find two really thin doubles basically all dough little filling. I of course ate them because I just paid 13 bucks for a $5 meal. The taste was not disappointing at all the were actually really good but as you can see in my pictures there were really no filling. I will not be spending my money there anymore for that reason. I feel as if they made them that way because I was not there in person and that's definitely bad for business.

The roti and dinner platters are terrible, the beef resembles dried Alpo dog food. The cabbage is raw and discolored. The chicken on the roti is just cheap parts of the meat like the drumstick portion. The food is expensive and the quality has diminished. It's a waste of time and money.

Curry doesn’t taste like curry it needs flavor and the rice honestly doesn’t taste good and that’s the worst Caribbean restaurant I’ve eaten from. The people were chill tho so that’s why I gave two stars . First and last time.

Haven't had the majority of the menu, but or the doubles I ate, I can say I have had better. Not bad, just not what I was used to. I appreciated the fact that the food was made o. The premises are fresh; this makes for the great taste. The channa (chick peas) was great, and the consistency and taste were great.

Ummmmm so where is the salt fish ? Got a bunch of onions in a piece of bread.They too expensive to not give me a portion of food . It’s bland and they cut corners

The doubles are expensive ($2.00) in comparison to some of the best restaurants in NY, and they’re skimping on the serving size by giving you a drop of watered down chana, and smaller pieces of dough. The service from the wife/owner is filled with attitude. The only reason I’m giving it a rating of 2 is because the doubles were flavorful.

I don’t live close but I’ve known this place since 30 or 40 yrs ago. Same owner, I don’t know but my goat roti was awesome. She added a killer pepper n it was perfect. I’d come back.

I visit the roti shop very often and love their doubles. The owners are super nice, and the prices are decent. They always have customers, and it seems these are loyal, long-time customers. I would recommend the doubles and roti.
