Ordered an oat milk tea. The oat was frozen and completely clumped. Also some of the most watered down boba I have tried. Please stop cutting corners just to save a few cents off cost. For the price, and slow service, wasn’t worth it.

My recent experience at Teazzi was one of the worst I’ve ever had of all the bubble tea shops in the NYC area. The drinks were mediocre, at best, but the service was absolutely atrocious.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was met with a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than in providing customer service. When I approached the counter to order, the staff was clearly annoyed at being interrupted. I asked for a specific drink with a particular topping, and they responded with a sigh and a muttered, "We don't have that." I double-checked the menu, and sure enough, the item was listed. The staff rolled their eyes and begrudgingly made my drink, but it was clear that they were doing me a favor.

When I finally received my drink, it was lukewarm and tasted like a watered-down version of what I had ordered. The boba was chewy and tasteless, and the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay, the cashier seemed confused and took several minutes to process my transaction.

As I was leaving, I overheard a conversation between two employees about how much they hated their jobs and how they couldn't wait for their shift to end. It was disheartening to hear them speak so negatively about their customers and their workplace.

I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting Teazzi to think twice. The drinks are overpriced and the service is terrible. There are so many other, better bubble tea shops in Jersey City that offer a much more enjoyable experience. I will definitely not be returning to Teazzi anytime soon.

Very long line to order. You wait for a machine to open up and order on the screen. Mine came out to $9. Which is pretty pricey for boba. I stepped outside to wait and noticed that their online queue wasn’t updating so I went inside and indeed my drink was ready. Took 10 min. I spilled a little and noticed it was a bright blood red. It didn’t taste like tea. It tasted like fruit punch. I ordered a floral rose tea with 30% sugar and got something 100% sugar and tasted like juice.

The boba and jelly were very good though. The boba was warm and subtle, chewy and stretchy in a good way. The jelly was light. The drink was expensive but it was huge.

I don’t like how the cups are not clear so your can’t see your drink through it. I had to tear the top open to see the last drops of jelly and boba.

All in all it was good just not what I was expecting at all.

They didn’t give a spoon for dessert pudding and let me take it home and eat it with my own spoon.

A cute boba shop in downtown jersey city. Got the Mango Green TJ and the Strawberry Four Seasons Milk Tea, both from their signature menu. Liked the Mango one better. $9 each with the boba topping added. It seemed like a busy spot with people lining up. The service is okay, took a bit time to get the order but they’ve got an automated text system that notifies you when the order is ready so you can step out and come back since it gets quite crowded inside the shop.

I love boba tea and whenever I see a place I have to try it. I had the peach oolong tea here, it was quite good. Not as sweet as I usually have it but that made it better. Crystal boba was good too.

My favorite place to go boba place in the area. I always have milk tea latte there. Today I tried their seasonal peach tea with foam.it was awesome. Their taro tea is also authentic. I keep coming back here?

The tea here is good but the service is not. You have to order on tablets so you can't really ask any questions about the drinks while you place your order. People working there were on their phones when I came in. I had an issue with the order and the person working told me to order a new one and he would not fix the drink. I had to push for him to give me a refund on the old drink and refused to take it. People are going to make ordering mistakes if they are tasked with entering their own drinks into the system and people working there should be more helpful to the people ordering. The people you hire are not just tea makers they are representatives of your business and I do not think the poeple working here have represented their company well the several times I have been in here. It's a sterile environment where you are treated as a number.

Tea drinks are OK. Ordered in store and waited more than 30 min to get my drink. The staff forgot to make my drink. He did not apologize, instead he said some one took my drink away which is definitely impossible because I have been waiting there all time. I wish he could be more sincere to the customers.

Teazzi is one of my favorite tea shops in NYC, which is why I was so excited when they first arrived in Jersey City. Their location on 14th street has some of the most qq boba and a great oolong tea selection. When they first opened in JC, quality was comparable to their NYC locations, but over the past year, the quality has declined to the point where I avoid ordering tapioca from here now. It is consistently gooey, overcooked, and lacks the chewy qq texture that makes bubble tea a treat. I still love Teazzi’s amber oolong milk tea, but hope the JC location improves their boba cooking and/or storing process. It’s such a disappointment to receive subpar boba from an otherwise great tea shop.

The milk tea is not fresh at all, it feels like it has been left out for a long time and gone bad. The environment is noisy, and the staff speak very loudly.

They have some decent flavors and customizations to choose from. However, I am disappointed they stopped serving their Pu Er tea, it was unique to this place and kept me coming back.Overall, not a bad place to go, but it has lost some of its magic to me.
