Got the mango green tea with bubbles & tofu pudding (with the recommended 30% sugar). The tea was very refreshing with just the right amout of sweetness. The boba pearls were still warm, perfectly chewy & have a nice flavor (just a hint of sweetness). The tofu pudding was also quite nice & silky. Will return to try other items on the menu.

There aren’t many good bubble tea shops near my place, and this one is a bit of a drive, but whenever I’m craving something sweet, this shop is definitely my top choice. So far, it’s the only one I’ve found that matches the quality of bubble tea back in China. I’ll definitely be ordering again! Highly recommend the “Shuangxi Zhenyan” and the “Amber Milk Honey”

Great milk tea but the dessert is overpriced

Incompetent cashier. Asked her for a sesame cheesecake, she gave me the tart, told her she gave me wrong dessert, she said can’t refund. I didn’t even open the dessert, it was in the box and closed with sticker. Offered me no solution except that I had to buy cheesecake if I wanted it when it was her mistake.

Clueless customers constantly block the driveway of the condo complex that is next to them as well as the fire hydrant in front their of their store.

Amazing tea! You can tell it’s high quality brewed tea with real milk, not the powder stuff. The toppings are also unique (oats, tea jelly, mochi jelly). The service though, is truly exceptional. Shout out to Cathy who made my kid’s day by giving him a sample of bubbles after he said he wanted bubbles and was disappointed when I told him that wasn’t in my order. Really went above and beyond!

Ordered an oat milk tea. The oat was frozen and completely clumped. Also some of the most watered down boba I have tried. Please stop cutting corners just to save a few cents off cost. For the price, and slow service, wasn’t worth it.

My recent experience at Teazzi was one of the worst I’ve ever had of all the bubble tea shops in the NYC area. The drinks were mediocre, at best, but the service was absolutely atrocious.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was met with a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than in providing customer service. When I approached the counter to order, the staff was clearly annoyed at being interrupted. I asked for a specific drink with a particular topping, and they responded with a sigh and a muttered, "We don't have that." I double-checked the menu, and sure enough, the item was listed. The staff rolled their eyes and begrudgingly made my drink, but it was clear that they were doing me a favor.

When I finally received my drink, it was lukewarm and tasted like a watered-down version of what I had ordered. The boba was chewy and tasteless, and the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay, the cashier seemed confused and took several minutes to process my transaction.

As I was leaving, I overheard a conversation between two employees about how much they hated their jobs and how they couldn't wait for their shift to end. It was disheartening to hear them speak so negatively about their customers and their workplace.

I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting Teazzi to think twice. The drinks are overpriced and the service is terrible. There are so many other, better bubble tea shops in Jersey City that offer a much more enjoyable experience. I will definitely not be returning to Teazzi anytime soon.

Very long line to order. You wait for a machine to open up and order on the screen. Mine came out to $9. Which is pretty pricey for boba. I stepped outside to wait and noticed that their online queue wasn’t updating so I went inside and indeed my drink was ready. Took 10 min. I spilled a little and noticed it was a bright blood red. It didn’t taste like tea. It tasted like fruit punch. I ordered a floral rose tea with 30% sugar and got something 100% sugar and tasted like juice.

The boba and jelly were very good though. The boba was warm and subtle, chewy and stretchy in a good way. The jelly was light. The drink was expensive but it was huge.

I don’t like how the cups are not clear so your can’t see your drink through it. I had to tear the top open to see the last drops of jelly and boba.

All in all it was good just not what I was expecting at all.
