I had an extremely disappointing experience here today.

We arrived at 4:50 PM, and I ordered a medium-rare cheeseburger. After 20 minutes, it finally arrived—but it was well done. I politely asked for a replacement, but that’s where the real issues began.

For the next 50 minutes, I was repeatedly told my replacement burger would be ready 'soon,' but it was clear they hadn’t started making it at all. Other guests who arrived well after us received their orders while I was still waiting. It felt like they were deliberately ignoring my request instead of addressing their mistake. I left at 6PM without eating!

This kind of mismanagement is unacceptable. I've never experienced anything like it. I wouldn’t recommend this place—stay away.

by the way, they even didn't offer us any discount for that.

Waited over 30 minutes over a RESERVATION we had. Thought reservation meant we have a table reserved. What a joke

Have visited the place many times, and always had a good experience. Great ambience and amazing service. Would recommend having reservations as it is usually busy. Their Strawberry cheesecake is amazing!

Vegetarian options: You can always ask to not have meat in the order.

Half of the employees have bitchy face and rush to serve you to go to theirs phones, weird that people can walk in the cheesecake instead of walking in the mall ,a lot of trash on the floor at least the food is good

I don't think I'll go back, the service was not good, we were told that we had to wait 10 min for a table, which was fine, I gave the hostess my name and cell number and was told I would receive a text when the table was ready, after 15 min, I went to inquire about the table, another young lady had told me that the table had been ready, but I never received a text and no one said anythingto us about the table being ready. Once at the table It took so long for the server to come and take our order, it took super long for the food to come to the table, then it to sooooo long to get to go containers and the check, I mean really long. The food was good, but not good enough to tolerate poor service

I was there in the beginning of December. It was my first time at Cheesecake Factory and I realy liked it! The waiter Jose was super friendly and Ioved his vibe :)

I visited this location on a weekday and had to wait for about 20 mins on the table even before the server showed up for the first time. We kept one of the menus to reorder and were never checked up on again. I left a tip which I still think I shouldn’t have. When I checked my credit card a couple of days later there was an additional $10 dollar charge on my bill. I called them to check the receipt and they had added a 1 in front of the tip even though the net total that I wrote on the receipt was still there at 61.60. The server was Rachel. I didn’t expect this from Cheesecake Factory. They did reverse the $10 dollar charge but the person on the call was very rude.

Wish I could leave a 0 star rating if I could. This is the worst establishment in New Jersey. Not only is the service horrendous, the bartender there made it a point not to have us seated because he said all the tables and barstools were taken. Do yourself a favor avoid this place at all costs

This restaurant unfortunately doesn't honor it's reservations. We checked in ten minutes before our reservation time and were told to wait 15 mins, which we did. After 20 minutes we asked what the hold up was and they seemed to have lost our reservation. We were put back in line and ended up waiting nearly an hour. Don't go if you value your time.
