Honestly I usually love going to the Cheesecake Factory on Menlo Park but this time around I tried the Jersey city one and unfortunately the service wasn’t good and our drinks didn’t all come out at once ,wrong drink order and wrong food orders in general,all the food that were asked to be brought with chicken had no chicken at all ,my significant other was not happy at all with our day out ,and to top it all off there was some older kids outside the window trying to get our attention to annoy us ,they were banging on the glass and I was not okay with that ,it was very disrespectful of them !!

The seafood platter was beautifully arranged and delicious.

Went to The Cheesecake Factory and honestly, I was way more impressed than I expected! Their famous brown bread was the star – I could’ve eaten the whole basket. Didn’t even make it to dessert (I know, the cheesecake will have to wait), but everything I did eat was spot on. Definitely worth the visit!

Recently visited The Cheesecake Factory and had a really great experience. We ordered stuffed mushrooms, Thai chili shrimp, beet and avocado salad, and some more entrées. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted very delicious. The quality and quantity of the food were both perfect. For dessert, we had the chocolate brownie sundae, and it was sweet and the perfect way to end the meal. The place has a nice atmosphere with good seating, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a nice meal and dessert.

The Cheesecake Factory in Jersey City delivers consistently good food in a convenient mall location, making it easily accessible for both shoppers and those arriving by car or ride-sharing. The menu offers a wide variety of tasty dishes, complemented by their signature cheesecake selection, which remains a standout attraction. The overall dining experience was enjoyable enough to warrant a repeat visit within the same week.

Usually this is a nice place for lunch or dinner, but this time my drink was not right twice and took way to long to get my drink. The bartender was rude and I was at a table not the bar.

Discussing bathrooms and the Servises feel like if ther are doing you a favor is no respect and the expect a huge tip

A bad experience if you have a baby. I went with my husband one day, tired after being at the mall, and we decided to go to The Cheesecake Factory. We waited for 45 minutes and kindly asked if they could give us a good table because we had a baby. The hostess didn’t promise anything, and when we were finally seated, it was at a table with no space and no high chair. She told us we had to leave the stroller at the entrance of the restaurant. We ended up sitting with the baby without a high chair because they never offered one. We asked to change tables and they said we would have to wait even longer.

The steak fries were tasty.

MASSIVE menu - so big its confusing... Good food, good price and finally a waiter that understood the food and had tried it and was able to discuss the options.

Plenty of veggie options. Had mains and naturally a few different cheesecakes. Drink service was very slow and had to chase.

Large venue and right next to the Tram (trolley).
