This is now a Hunan noodle restaurant. It isn’t a hot pot restaurant anymore (this pictures with black tables are of the old restaurant). The food was good. Got the scrambled egg minced pork and chili beef brisket. The minced pork was the better of the two.

Saturday lunch was not crowded. Order in the back and they’ll bring the food to your table. It looked like they do high delivery volume based on the foot traffic.

I like the food here. I usually want to order for pick up by phone because of it is easier to specify my own requirements for dishes, like spicy level etc. But it is extremely hard for them to pick up the phone. Sometimes, you can end up calling them for 10 times without any answering or call back...

Have to admit service isn’t good (mainly because of the ordering process), but the food is GOAT. I thought I wouldn't give it a 2nd chance after waiting in the restaurant for 15 min just to order, but the food completely solved my complaints and now I went there everyday

Their rice noodle is really good, tried pretty much every kind and they are all delicious! My fav are silk melon with ground pork, and green pepper with shredded pork. The lunch bento box is also a good deal, my fav is pork belly with dried tofu. Really happy to have this place in the neighborhood!!! It’s clean and the staff is very friendly.

The only thing I wish they could improve is to be more stroller friendly. It’s spacious in the restaurant but there are two steps you need to take to get in the restaurant.

Ordered from Postmates and got an order of Silky melon fish rise noodle soup and an order of stew beef brisket with radish meal set.
The noodle soup was good and I like it, but the stew beef meal set was completely disaster, it’s smelly and stale, not edible, ended up in the trash.
Tried calling the restaurant to confirm this and stop them from selling more spoiled food, but no one pick up.

Always a 1+ hour wait. Today waited 1.5 hours for delivery and was missing an item!!! Now one of us has nothing to eat. Absolutely unacceptable service.

There is no service, it’s all self-service. The noodles are very bland. I am a big fan of noodles and I didn’t even finish half the bowl. Mainly, the soup was not very hot. Eat noodles and eat them warm.

The recommendations online are all very good. I ate there twice in a row. The second time I had to wait a long time and I was given less chopsticks.
