Always a 1+ hour wait. Today waited 1.5 hours for delivery and was missing an item!!! Now one of us has nothing to eat. Absolutely unacceptable service.

There is no service, it’s all self-service. The noodles are very bland. I am a big fan of noodles and I didn’t even finish half the bowl. Mainly, the soup was not very hot. Eat noodles and eat them warm.

The recommendations online are all very good. I ate there twice in a row. The second time I had to wait a long time and I was given less chopsticks.

I did uber eats from this place with sliced beef and mushroom dry pot. There were 5 pieces of sliced beef…rest all canned mushrooms…smh

The guy is very rude and Ignore us when we tried to ask for things and they changed us over prices,I don’t recommend at all.

No English spoken at this place so very hard to communicate with staff at this place about the food. Unless you are fluent in Mandarin, your experience won’t be pleasant…

The food at Hulah is absolutely delicious, especially the silky melon and fried fresh fish, which was outstanding! However, it’s a self-service setup where you place your order at the counter and choose your own seating. If you enjoy a casual and relaxed dining atmosphere, this place is a great choice! Highly recommended!

I used to skip here because of the low reviews. Friend told me that this is a recently new opened business, but the owner didn’t replace the google review base. What’s important is that the rice noodles are pretty authentic for Hunan. I dropped by today and tried a few. The taste is pretty good, had a full tummy filled with happiness, and staffs are friendly.

Please note that the authentic fish soup have small bones in it, that’s just how it is like to be authentic. Order something else if you are like my husband who cannot bear with processing those. I like the soup and finished all of it.

The waiting time is not short compared to other restaurants. But I prefer this as I feel it’s more safe with less technologies nor chemicals. I saw that the staffs were eating the same food, so I definitely would come back again. If you are in a bit rush, you may want to call to place order early or order something quick such as the cold dishes.

The current menu is pretty good, and price is decent compared to other restaurants. Minor suggestion to the manager that please have some membership options alike
