We had the absolute pleasure of being part of Nicole and Mike's wedding in June at The View at Lincoln Park, and as destination wedding photographers and videographers, we can confidently say this venue is a gem.
The space itself is stunning—a perfect blend of modern elegance and natural beauty. The panoramic views create a romantic atmosphere, while the thoughtfully designed interiors make every detail of the day shine on camera. From the ceremony to the reception, every corner of this venue provided a picture-perfect backdrop for our work, and ultimately, for Nicole and Mike’s cherished memories.
One standout aspect of our experience was working with the lead planner, Vivian Bifuclo. Vivian was an absolute pro—her communication was seamless, and she set clear expectations for the day. For vendors like us, that level of coordination is invaluable. She ensured the timeline ran smoothly, giving us the freedom to focus on capturing every special moment without unnecessary stress or interruptions.
As a destination vendor, we’ve worked with many teams, and we know what it’s like to adapt to different styles of coordination. However, the staff at The View at Lincoln Park went above and beyond. Their professionalism, hospitality, and willingness to support us made our job effortless and helped us deliver a fantastic experience for Nicole and Mike.
We loved every moment of our time at The View at Lincoln Park and are already looking forward to the chance to work there again. It’s a dream location for both couples and vendors, and we highly recommend it to anyone planning their special day!

We absolutely loved our wedding venue! Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the space, and everything about the venue itself was perfect for our big day. The staff was generally great, and the venue itself exceeded our expectations. However, there were a couple of things that caught us off guard.
First, when we went to drop off our decorations the day before the wedding, we were surprised to find large, dramatic Christmas decorations still in the foyer—something we were never informed would be there. The venue manager confirmed the decorations were planned to be there on our wedding day (something we had no warning about). Thankfully, the team worked with us to remove them, and by the morning of the wedding, everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated.
Second, we were disappointed to find that the venue ran out of rum for our signature drink. We had clearly communicated that rum was a major ingredient, yet they only had two bottles for the entire night, which was nowhere near enough. It seemed like they completely forgot that rum was a key part of our signature cocktail, and it was frustrating to see our guests unable to enjoy it as planned.
Lastly, after the wedding, we heard some concerning stories about the way the venue manager and team interacted with our vendors, particularly our wedding planner. Apparently, voices were raised, and things got very heated, with fingers being pointed at faces. It was heartbreaking to hear this, especially because it was completely at odds with the otherwise wonderful experience we had. It felt very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth.
Overall, the venue itself was stunning, and the event went off beautifully, but these issues were frustrating and disappointing, especially when considering how much we loved everything else. If you decide to book here, just make sure to keep a close eye on the details and be aware of how the team handles interactions with vendors.
There aren’t enough words to express our love and gratitude for Vivian and The View. Two weeks before our wedding, our initial venue foreclosed and shut their doors, leaving us incredibly stressed and scrambling to find another venue in time. We were nonstop visiting venues, all to which we felt like we were settling. Nothing felt “right”. We were very close to postponing. Thankfully, with the help of our planner, family, and friends, we came in contact with Vivian. The moment we walked through the doors, we knew this was the place! We explained our nightmare to Vivian and she worked with us to make our special day happen.
We were happily married on 10.04.24. Our day was absolutely beautiful! Vivian was on top of things from the moment we said “Yes” (exactly one week before our wedding by the way). Vivian and the team accommodated us and our vendors as well. Their staff was also kind and professional. Our guests were amazed as to how gorgeous and spacious the venue is! We all had an amazing and memorable time! Overall, Vivian and The View saved our special day and we are eternally grateful!
Great place for upscale events!
The view at Lincoln Park was absolutely breathtaking – the perfect backdrop for capturing unforgettable moments. Our Mirror Booth setup on the second floor was a hit, offering guests an elevated experience with stunning views and interactive fun. On top of that, the food was an excellent treat – every dish was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It was a pleasure being part of such a well-organized event, and we can’t wait to return for more memorable celebrations!
Beautiful setting
Food good
Couldn't believe I was in Jersey City
No changing tables in any of the men's restrooms. Are we living in the 1960's? What if a dad shows up without the mom? Where is he gonna change his kids? Also no high chairs available for children. Not very family friendly.
Is it so hard to spend an extra couple hundred dollars to put changing tables in men's bathrooms? Why are there only in the women's bathrooms? Should only women change diapers? It's 2024. This is NJ. Do better.
Great view, great bar tenders and staff, great drinks and snacks
Had an awesome time last night my first time here. Xavier Theresa Enrique did a great job! The drinks ,food , and service were perfect! And the price can't be beat. Not to mention the view. Will Def be back.

We had booked an inclusive venue from what we thought was a well-established company in the wedding business thinking it would make our lives easier and avoid the need to spend additional money on a wedding planner but they were difficult to work with all around.
The venue itself is beautiful, the food was wedding reception tasty, and we booked in May of 2023 for a July 2024 wedding and were able to secure some promotional pricing. These are the only positives I have to share.
In short (since there is a character limit here) VIVIAN BIFULCO, had previously only sent us a payment terms document and had attempted to pass off what was actually the original contract as a revision.
Upon discovering this, my now-husband and I immediately picked up on ambiguities within the payment terms document and the contract that could potentially have had us paying significantly more in cancellation fees (if we had to cancel). Upon approaching Vivian about this, we had explained that we were under the impression that the payment schedule we had signed in May served as Landmark’s protection in the event we canceled and asked that cancellation terms be updated to align to reflect this understanding. This ask was above Vivian, but she proceeded to drag her feet on getting an updated contract and became barely responsive over email, conveniently seeming to forget the status of the contract changes. Eventually we were calling the CFO of Landmark Venues, SCOTT GROGAN, directly. I asked that he make the changes and arrange for Vivian to be removed from our wedding. On October 18th, I sent a strongly worded email to Scott explaining that he had missed our agreed upon by-when date to make the changes we asked for and we intended to pull out. He had received periodic reminders prior to this. He then replied immediately, cited “personal issues” as a reason for the delay, sent the updated contract, and then matched us with MATTHEW TOBJY as our new Event Coordinator.
We thought this could be a positive change in the relationship since we had toured Hudson House, another Landmark Venue, with Matthew and had initially liked him.
MATTHEW TOBJY was better at responding to emails than Vivian, but only seemed to have 75% of the information at any given time. Some examples of things that bothered me:
- Our ceremony space not configured in a specific way for a floral visit AFTER HE TOLD US IT WOULD BE
- Our tasting was rescheduled DAY-OF. It was a bad weather day but NOT AN EXTREME WEATHER EVENT and I lost wages due to the change.
- Our tasting did NOT include menu items listed in our contract.
- Tried to charge an ADDITIONAL $325 EARLY ENTRY FEE needed for my HMUA. This early entry fee was NOT written in the updated contract. We negotiated our way out of this, but our early entry need should also not have been a surprise to the team at The View since my invite time was 4pm since day one.
- The bridal attendant was not available until 1pm due to the above
- The event coordinator was unable to give an EXACT number of rows for a 110 guest count event, which IMPACTED MY FLORAL COSTS.
- We had our final details meeting but there was NO WEDDING DAY TIMELINE PROVIDED, just a banquet order, which is not sufficient—others in events have corroborated this point
- There was no place to *discreetly* dispose of feminine products in the stalls of the guest-facing women's restroom.
- The event coordinator missed our rehearsal start time and we needed the full hour to hit our marks.
- It was 4:27pm for a 4:30pm ceremony and nobody had gotten my bridal party. We brought ourselves upstairs for processional.
- The event coordinator gave incorrect instructions to my bridal party and wedding performers a few times
- The wedding performers told me after the event that vendor load in was chaotic and only worked because my vendors were smart and resourceful
This place is actually a ROOFTOP BAR in the middle of the week.. it’s so dope! But too bad the Marketing Team SUCKS SO BAD! I live across the street from it and NEVER knew what it was.. I thought it was a community center or wedding venue spot only. This place has so much potential if only they actually decorated it like an actual rooftop bar! Maybe put some signs up.. I found this place by ACCIDENT! Majority of the neighborhood DOES NOT know of this place as a rooftop bar! the Instagram las does not mention nothing about it..barely! But Shoutout to XAVIER and TERESA! They were great! They also seem to have a great vision for this place! The owners should actually LISTEN!
Attended an event there and was taken aback at the poor quality of service and amenities. Impossible to find parking if you come late and restrooms were filthy. It was a summer event and the air-conditioning was barely cutting it.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming to vendors.
Great place for entertainment but I will give it a zero because bar section only except cash no electric payment and no ATM machine available either
