Ambience is nice. Coffee was mid. Pastries were underwhelming. The person who made my order assumed 2 large drinks and charged me as such without asking. Overall fine, but wouldn't return.

Always a great experience
Amazing customer service by John. We had a photoshoot and stopped by this location and it was clean and we were treated with the utmost respect. John even let us stay longer to finalize our shoots. We grabbed cafe and lattes and had a blast here. It was nothing like the reviews about people smoking outside. It was a great atmosphere and awesome music. We highly recommend this place for group or for a cup of joe on your own.

Went there expecting to maybe get something to eat, but they only had a few baked goods in the case. The guy behind the counter said they didn't service anything else. Got a small coffee for 6$ and wasn't really anything special. Good spot if all you want is coffee and a nice looking place to drink it.

We have been to this cafe three times now. First time the coffee and bakery items were good - the guy running this place is also nice to talk to. Second time the coffee was just okay.Third time, instead of latte and mocha, he made both drinks latte with caramel because the guy was just too busy talking to another customer and messed the order. On telling him that we had ordered something different, he did not apologize or make our coffee again. We just threw the caramel latte after a few sips because it didn’t taste good. In terms of food, they hardly ever have items that are in their menu.Indoor ambience is fine but you cannot sit outdoors with a kid because there were 3 guys smoking who knows what right outside the entrance of the 3 acres building. Obviously I am not going back to this place.
Three Thirds Cafe is a fairly new establishment thats been open for about 8months (well at least as of Jan 2023), and you can tell from their nice and modern decor both indoors and out. Located at 3Acres building, it actually has a good spot by the park-and-ride area. There is street parking available and you can also park within the building (for a fee of course). We came in on a weekday afternoon and the place wasnt so hectic but there is a good number of people that came and went. John, who was there to assist us, had a very welcoming demeanor and was quite friendly not just with us but to all the guests that stopped by the cafe during our time there. We had a hazelnut latte which was nicely done and matcha latte which was also good. Although the hubster preferred it a little less sweet, i, on the other hand, liked that sweetness BUT was looking a bit more for that matcha bitterness. We finished both cups regardless.Since it was a little later during the day, there wasnt much pastries left but they did have ready made sandwiches. We got the turkey sandwich which was okay but wont necessarily be our go-to. Just looking to eat something light that particular time.Overall not a bad spot for some coffee. I bet its also even more fun during the summer time as John mentioned they have live band sometimes, karaoke and their hydraulic glass wall opens up for that nice al fresco vibe!
The best people ! Such an amazing convenience- such a stylish cafe. Perfect work spot
Such a cute little coffee shop! Great vibe, hip art (some pieces by Daniel Allen Cohen) and super friendly staff. Came in with my friend to grab a quick breakfast the breakfast sandwich was so good and the matcha latte was amazing!! Another lady who was also there said the bread pudding is the best she's ever had! We met one of the owners John, he was so nice! Great place to stop in and grab a coffee or hang and do some work.
