Looking for a good place to eat! I found this restaurant close to home, I called to order some Sopez de Chorizo! I hadn't eaten anything all day and shortly after eating them I felt sick! Something was very very wrong to me so be careful Ordering here

So I was out today searching for something different to eat today. I came this place while driving down Bergen ave. The place itself is small and dingy but I looked past that and ordered their tostadas de bistrec which were ok. Nothing to really brag about. When I opened the package instead of layers everything it looked like they just threw it on with no care very low vibrational. The huge menu they have aside when u walk in but everything is doubled in price. Which is annoying they dont care to update it although they are less than 2 feet away. When I asked the owner he became irritated like a child which was hilarious. Next time ill skip this spot and goto La Brujeria
Was excited to try this spot but was very disappointed. Order the chicken tacos and I could barely finished. There were so many pieces of chicken where the skin was overcooked and hard to chew when I bit into the taco and then some of the skin pieces still had the fat on them, which was a very unsettling gelatinous feel when chewing. Tried to ignore but some pieces were big chunks and mostly just fat like the one pictured. I ended up eating them open face, picking around trying to find palatable pieces, which once I found them were decent, hence the 1 star. Nonetheless, not sure if I'm interested in trying anything else on the menu.
A great Mexican option for our area. It's not just basic good. Although it may not look like your traditional Mexican restaurant, the food coming out of that kitchen is top notch stuff. The staff working there is very nice and accommodating. They are are always smiling and look happy serving you such great meals. This is definitely an Easter egg in McGinley Square.
