Chicken is mediocre but service is terrible. Ordered two meals and it took over 30 minutes. Unacceptable

Best chicken I have had at a restaurant! What a gem in Jersey City. Not even NYC has chicken this good! A word of caution though - the spice rating should be taken seriously.

The chicken here is out of this world! Even if you order using delivery services, it is worth every penny. The chicken is perfectly cooked and crispy on the outside. The sliders are large, so one combo was like two meals. This is my new favorite restaurant!

Very rude staff. As me and my family were leaving, he called me out and told me to pick up a packet of garbage from the floor. What kind of hospitality is this? All this behavior because I called them out and inquired about their staff not wearing gloves while frying our fries. Would not recommend. Was not sure why fast food workers were so egotistical and unprofessional to their customers. Would recommend the owner to either change staff or re train them on customer service and hospitality. Especially their rude tone, words and looks. High ego and hospitality cannot go hand in hand my friends. You are in the wrong business if you don’t change your ideology and attitude.

The food was good but they absolutely messed up once we saw a guy not using his gloves while cooking up my meal. We sat patiently and later the staff made us clean our sauce packet that fell on the floor by mistake. All we heard were workers fighting each other and they were not hospitable at all. They need a change in staff, high on ego, low on service. Would not recommend, go if you want to be embarrassed.

Shockingly good, every time. Seriously the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread, soft. The chicken, JUICY. FLAVORFUL. The fixings take it to the stratosphere. Just do it, like Nike.

Not sure if it was just the guy/girl's playlist, but they play some EDM bangers here. The food is great, and the music makes you want to get up and dance!

The food was great, all levels of spicyness came out great, and the spicy was making our friend sweat! Awesome

Could be less oily & there is room for more items, in the menu. Portion size and taste consistency has been maintained over the years. Nice ambience, and very hygiene.

Hands down best chicken place in the tristate area. Chicken was flavorful and crispy, mild is really great for someone who is used to hot sauce like me. Slaw is really nice. Its also convenient. The Mac and cheese will elevate you to a heavenly level, its creamy and cheesy and just... perfect.

10/10 BUY THIS IT IS LITERALLY THE BEST IN THE EAST COAST (excluding Harlem)

I kept seeing this place mentioned when people asked about best chicken sandwiches in Jersey City so I finally gave it a try a couple days ago.

Got to say, I've really been missing out all this time. I walk by this place frequently to go to the gym. I got a mild and medium sandwich and both were perfect. The seasoning on them is flavorful and the chicken is super crispy even after being dunked in the sauce they used. The spice levels were exactly what I'd expect from a mild and medium spicy sandwich and the pickle and cole slaw on the bun really balances the whole thing out.

I love the crinkle cut fries with the house sauce. The fries are sprinkled with a little seasoning and they were crispy by fluffy on the inside.

I just went again today for lunch and it was just as good, so I'm optimistic that the good quality here is consistent.
