I recently did a catering order with them . The food was good Everyone really enjoyed the food!

However, in terms of service they need to do better. I called 2 weeks prior to when I needed it and spoke to the owner. She had told me to call back the week of. When I called the week of I spoke to the manager of the restaurant. It was so hard to get a hold of someone who can take my order properly anD answer my questions. It took 3 days of constant calls and texts to get the owner to call me back and speak to me.

Also don't go by their catering price on the website- they increased them and when you ask them this they tell you the prices are old ( please update your pricing). I was told my order would be ready by 11:30am- They were still packing my order until a little before 12pm. Communicating with them is extremely difficult .

Food’s great but they shouldn’t keep the Indian flag painted down the stall, everyone’s leg is touching the flag.
At least show some respect guys, you are earning money cuz of Indian name.

Food was fine, I was really upset to see the Indian flag on the bottom half of the shopping cart. People unknowingly hit it with their legs and shoes,which felt disrespectful to the flag. It’s a shame. oversight ruined the experience for me. I won’t be coming back.

First of all, whoever took my order was really nice. I was tired from work and didn't even hear him calling my name for the takeout, but he came to me and was not rude about it. He smiled and wished me a good day—that was really nice of him and I appreciate that in an establishment.

BUT, the food—not so good. I ordered Cheese Vegetable Grilled sandwich and tea. I was disappointed to only taste ONIONS; they were thick and so many of them, hardly any cheese or any other vegetable to break down the onion flavor; I had to manually take them out to eat the rest of the sandwich. Tea had no flavor at all, not sweet or masala or tasting like tea.

Got a cockroach in samosa chat. Management did not even care. They were so casual about it and just refunded the order.

Ordered a veg kolhapuri and roti
Has to be the worst kolhapuri i ever had.
It was tasting only chilly and garlic.

They accept orders or grubhub but deliver via doordash and you have to call them constantly, the delivery agent is not assigned for over 45 mins. Just stop accepting orders from grubhub then.

Pani puri was delicious BUT they do not know how to keep count. We had 5/8 and they said that we were done and the servers extremely RUDE as hell! So I would be weary of going back.

I got pani puri! This is the first time i am getting pani puri here! I asked the aunty in stall to give ragda instead of potato, the face she show says so much rudeness towards the customer! Thats the simple thing we asked for, we are not asking more than what we pay for! Very very rude! Not professional. We might come from a different place, but that doesn’t mean we dont deserve respect towards what we pay for!

We ate just vada pav, the taste was good. Would eat again if visited. The atmosphere is not so great, small place and unclean tables.

I don’t understand when will there finally be an Indian restaurant where you can have blind trust that they will never compromise with quality, hygiene and health to make quick money. I ordered dal tadka, it had a foul smell that I have never in my life so far experienced. The container in which it came had ballooned up, everything about this dal, except how it looked, screamed stale, rotten. Welcome to the work ethics of our kind.
