Extremely disappointed with my experience at VB3. I ordered food for my sick uncle on behalf of my grandmother, who paid for it. Unfortunately, the order was delivered to the wrong apartment. When I called to let them know, they told me they couldn’t retrieve it — even though the building’s security guard confirmed the food was likely accepted by the wrong tenant.

There was no real effort made to make things right. I had to ask for a refund — it wasn’t even offered upfront. I called back hoping they would show a little empathy or accountability by redelivering the food, especially since my uncle is a regular customer and the situation involved someone who is ill and homebound. Instead, they refused to send the food again unless I paid a second time.

There was no compassion, no problem-solving, just a cold “no.” In a city like Jersey City, where good food and good service should go hand-in-hand, this was incredibly disappointing. My grandmother doesn’t have money to waste, and this felt like a complete disregard for a loyal customer and a vulnerable person.

I won’t be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for basic decency and customer care.

Would not recommend making take out orders.

Okay no joke, this pizza SLAPS. The crust is so good—like not too thick, not too thin, just right. The cheese is mad stretchy and the sauce hits different fr. I had the pepperoni and it was chef’s kiss. Honestly, it’s way better than a lot of those chain places. The vibes in there are chill too, and the people working there are super nice.

What an amazing place. Been twice and both times were AWESOME

I really enjoyed the chicken parm with spaghetti. There was enough for two meals and it was just as good the second time.

The staff is welcoming and friendly and provide excellent service. The food is delicious. The pizzeria is very nice and clean and they play great music. My friends and I love going to this pizzeria for the pizza, salads, burgers, and wraps.

Was a loyal customer for several years, but recently found lots of unfresh cucumbers in my salad :( Won’t go there agin

I honestly don't know how this place stays in business. I've gone here on an off for years, if I'm passing by. There's never more than 1 or 2 people there and I don't see a lot of orders going out. None the less, the pizza is good enough, and the bathroom is clean. Doesn't seem like a great place to work, but if you're near by and need a slice, it's solid.

I went to pick up my order and Mee started screaming that it wasn't there. In the end, it's terrible service while you wait, it's too cold. I don't recommend it at all.

If you’re looking for pizza… stop right there! This is the place for you. Will - the chef - is just brilliant and the grandma pie is the best pie I’ve eaten! My kids are super fussy about pizza and they LOVE this one! Highly recommend!

Arrived in Jersey City late at night and stoped in for a slice of pizza. Great slice & great service! The owner was there, and he was extremely kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back when I’m in Jersey City.
