Ordered via UBER Eats and specifically stated I wanted it WELL DONE !!! That request was completely ignored !!! The pizza was messy as all ingredients slid off the pizza, it was barely cooked, let alone well done !!! It was bland, tasteless and unappetizing !!! I ended up throwing it in the trash where it belonged !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Pizza is good but service is terrible. I ordered curbside, they didn’t pick up the phone to get it, yet when I went in there were 4 people standing around. I asked for some plates and napkins and they said they don’t have any. I mean grocery stores do sell plates.

I would have to say I had their food today for the first time in my life and I am very not please on how nasty the food was. Then the lady that takes your order had the most disgusting attitude because I told her I would like something else to eat. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone I know. I love my pasta but when you see this food it doesn’t even look appealing. This food was bland and chicken tasted rubbery.

Worst service ever this is my fourth time ordering from Vinny's three it is also the fourth time they screwed up the order I ordered a cheesesteak and all I got was meat No Cheese also in order of spaghetti and meatballs with two extra meatballs I only received one I called to complain the man that I was speaking to rudely hung up on me I will not be ordering from their place of business again they suck

Going around JC/Bayonne trying all the pizzas. I was a bit hesitant to come here due to all the bad reviews. But it seems most, if not all are from delivery orders. I'm just looking for a pizza, so I came and tried. First I wanna say they forgot half my order, the guy Danny I think seemed to be having a rough day, but the other guy came in clutch and got it all together. So I did wait a bit more but it's okay I don't really mind. The place reminds me of a business NYC pizza spot so you should know what kind of place it is. Now on to the pizza, I got a basic cheese and a margarita. Over all I think they were okay. Very NYC street pizza flavor and feel. Nothing was really above average, until, i got to the crust. There was a bit more char to the crust area that gave it a nice crunch and even flavor. The margarita was a bit too soupy for me. When I picked it up half the sauce fell. Overall for like 6 bucks max, if you need just some pizza for lunch of for a game night I think it will do.

Absolutely excellent pizza, lasagna, and philly cheese steak. Amazing food.
They lose a star on the service because I wanted to get a 2nd refill on my soda, but he was busy complaining that he already gave me a refill before and they don't normally do even that, but it's ridiculous that you can't get refills when they give you like 80% ice, 20% soda. I'm paying for soda, not ice man, so if you're gonna give me so much ice, I'm gonna ask for a refill and expect one, either that, or don't put so much ice next time. Simple.

We ordered takeout order of One Margherita pizza and One garlic knots. Garlic knots were not at all bake. Seemed like frozen and baked in hurry so not at all baked properly. It was all dough. Pizza were like reheated with Almost rubber cheewy mozarella cheese and burnt base. The only plus point was the flavour of sauce which was 10/10. But the service and freshness of food 1/10. We also went back with box to show them how food was undercooked and pizza base nearly burnt. They said that’s how food is. Which is weird because we have had food in many italian restaurants before and we have never experienced anything like this. We also tried to airfry/bake those knot at home. But then decided to show them so they don’t do it with other people.

There were small droppings on the pizza my cousin ordered. We called and the manager was extremely rude and claimed they don’t have rats and that’s just the oregano they use. The manager then say just eat the pizza and hung up on me. Their customer services is as disgusting as their product.

Can’t even modify your food to want… such a waste of a restaurant
They are always kind and courteous.....very friendly......and the food is good and always fresh. Delivery sucks. Waited two hours for my food. Never again.

Please do not confuse this pizza spot with Vinnies Pizza on JFK Blvd! In my opinion, Vinne's Pizza lll has the most affordable prices being located in the Greenville section of Jersey City, it's actually the BEST tasting pizza in the area. Garlic knots are worth trying too! Every time I order, I get my pizza in 15 mins or less, love the super speedy delivery and the delivery driver is always so kind and pleasant so make sure you tip them!!!

Called to place an order - I wanted to add mushrooms to the pasta the zombie kid said no they can’t I hesitated and ask can’t what - every other place can. Something is not right with this place and that kid answering the phone. Always believe the rating that’s why this place is under 4stars! Good job Vinnie ! It’s funny how the review below mine says they made him a custom ravioli dish and when I called to add simply mushrooms to a simple penne ala vodka they say they can’t . Hahaha must be frozen meals !!
