Horrible service, food is just OK but management is so rude. If you order food online and they don't have it in stock (which happens often) they will not notify you, they just send you a slice of pizza in its place. When you call to complain about this they get angry and refuse to refund you (even though they did not provide you with the food you ordered). Also the pizza is often soggy/undercooked, even when we specifically ask for it to be 'well done'....order from Stadium Pizza which is right across the street....their pizza is better and service is exceptionally better.

Soo disappointedI’m a customer for many years used to order in store and delivery to my business and my home , I used even to get catering and advice other offices and reps with the restaurant, more than one time I had a wrong or missing item, I always gave excuses because of the large order . last time my order was sandwiches and today I was ordering one sandwich and I was inquiring about the price because it’s different than what I used to get, so I just wanted to know if they had some raise in prices. The girl which was taking the order told me “ you know what we don’t want to deliver to you”Thanks for the respect and appreciation .

Not sure what's happening with Vinny's Pizzeria lately, I ordered a large cheese pizza it was small in size and the crust was very thin, and there was barely any cheese on it, I'm from the neighborhood and the pies used to be very tasty, cheesey and the crust was not thin, not sure what they are serving now. I am very disappointed, this was my third pie and my opinion has not changed. I'm definitely looking for another pizza shop,Vinny's is not worth the money!

Pizza is always great. Has been my goto pizza spot for many years now. It has been the only spot in Jersey city that I hit. Always consistent and friendly staff. If in the area give them a try.

We often order from Vinnie’s for delivery as it is down the street from us, and the food is good. I placed an order for a half a try of chicken for Saturday, however that morning we had some people cancel on us. So I called to ask if it was possible to cancel the chicken and instead order a few orders of their chicken platters, a few orders of pasta, and a few orders of garlic knots (which would cost more than what the original chicken order was)….when I called my first statement was ‘if it’s possible I’d like to cancel the chicken order and order something else. However if it’s too late then that’s fine, we will keep the order as is’…..she put me on hold, came back on the phone and started screaming at me saying that they require 24 hr notice etc to cancel because of the credit card etc….and I said ‘hold on, there’s no need to scream at me’ and she said ‘well you want to cancel the order now! So we’ll cancel it!’ And she hung up on me….i called back and she put me on hold and put someone else on the phone, named Eddie. I told him that I explained to her that if it was too much trouble I would just keep the order as is, but if it was possible for me to change the order that would be better for me…anyway he said they usually require 24 hr notice so I told him to keep the order as is. I was going to add a pasta to the order but after this horrendous treatment by the woman, who he said her name was Ann, I did not order anything else, and will never order from them again. They lost a regular customer.
Vinnie III is a go to place for my family. We isually get delivery, but any time I go in to order or pick up, the staff is always friendly.I’ve tried a few specialty slices which were decent, but what makes a pizza parlor actually authentic is their plain pie, and Vinnie III does just that!

ordered the shrimp vodka penne. very disappointed. looked and tasted like they just defrosted some frozen baby shrimp in from Walmart. I've ordered other dishes that were ok but this time was disappointing

My once go to for all things italian in JC. Sad to say no more. What brought me in was the pizza. The side and dishes are pretty tasty to. But the quality of the pies varies now which disappoints when you need consistency in you Za. Still the best tiramisu in the area always so fresh. As for slices I've discovered Stadium and its working out for now.
