It’s an OK bar, but I wouldn’t call it German gastopub. They only have one German beer on tap. I expected at least 10 :) I ordered house bratwurst and they served it on a bun. I go to Germany at least a few times a year, but I never saw bratwurst served on a bun there.

1000/10. can't say anything else. Very good quality of beers, foods, and price. Even one of my friend who lives in union city, comes all the way to jersey city for only this place. perfect spot for perfect date, hanging out with freinds, and family. I wonder what it be like during winter time.

The happy hour special Czech Yourself is great, but lately I can't order anything but a chicken sandwich. The chicken is huge, crispy, flavorful and juicy.

Just had an incredible evening at WÜRSTBAR with my wife and coworker, and WHOA—the food was unexpectedly amazing! With a name like Wurstbar, we weren't sure what to expect, but they absolutely blew us away. Big shout-out to our waiter, Steven—he was THE MAN! Not only did we feel special, but he was also attentive to every table. His conversation was crisp, his style was fresh, and we felt genuinely seen and elevated. THANK YOU, STEVEN! To all you Jersey City folks—do yourself a favor and head to WÜRSTBAR!

Cocktails are also amazing, very underrated for their drinks but they are expertly crafted.
