Don’t even bother going to this Wendy’s on 12th street in jersey city. The staff is constantly rude and forgets items from your order. I had to drive back to pick up a forgotten item. They were kind on the phone but then they want you to call you a liar when picking up your items that THEY forgot. The manager on duty today shouldn’t even be a manager. 0 stars.

There’s no way in hell a fast food restaurant has only 2 Employees Staffed on a Saturday in the middle of the day. 1 person handling the drive through , Mobile orders and taking care of the front and only 1 person Cooking. Actually makes no sense and Management needs to be looked into for this.

I ordered the apple pecan salad for 4 times and 2 times they missed to bring the pecan and the sauce and one time they bring a bag of crispy onions?!?! Why is it so hard to make the right order for a simple salad????

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff are extremely rude and seem completely uninterested in helping customers. They were busy talking among themselves and didn’t care about customer needs at all. When I asked for help, I was told “I don’t know,” with no effort to assist or find someone who could. This kind of attitude shows zero customer service or professionalism. I definitely expected better and won’t be coming back.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!! Drove up to the drive thru window to use one of the “boo book” coupons for a free frosty that I was given to me by one of my students. When the employee said they aren’t accepting them anymore because October is over I asked her why because on the coupon it says that it expires on 12/31/25 and that it hadn’t expired yet. When I asked to speak to the manager on the floor someone by the name of Kevon came to the window. He was extremely rude, wouldn’t let me speak, and acted like it was his own business. He said just because it didn’t expire doesn’t mean we have to accept it! I said but other Wendy’s are taking it, is there a specific reason why? He said because I said no and I’m the general manager. He then slammed the drive thru window in my face.

fire everyone who works here - complete wastes of space. I placed an order for pickup before 5pm and it’s 6:22pm - no food is ready, 5+ uber eats drivers have canceled on me and i can not get a refund.

This place is ahh. The service is horrible, the food is horrible, and the atmosphere is horrible. I walked in and all I smelled was meat smoke. It’s an environmental hazard. Also, I placed my order at the takeout kiosk and it took at least 10 minutes to get coffee. The employee who tended to me seemed nice and got stuff done but there was another employee there who is basically useless and shuffled around and gave me attitude. Maybe it was a communication thing. She closed the window in my face. Kudos to the employee that tried tho. The food is also stale and crumbly in the worst way. Too bad because I love Wendy’s. Oh well.

Sat at the drive-thru speaker for over 10 minutes and no one ever responded. Ended up having to walk inside just to place my order wnd then waited antigen 10’ as they started to arrive the drive through! No apology or explanation — extremely frustrating experience, unprofessional, bored looking staff not to mention ratchet! Love Wendy’s burgers but this location is a joke. I hope corporate reprimands the franchise wonder and staff (Sunday Nov 9th @12:30 incase you need to check was working!!)
