5 cars ahead of me but still a 35+ min wait. Didn't see any cars parked for customer walk-ins so I don't understand why it took so long. I left at 35min.

Never a great experience, it was never really good but lately its gotten even worse. Rude staff yelled at me for asking to get all of the items I paid for, so I stopped going in person. Recently I've been getting deliveries on the Wendy's app because I don't want to interact with them in person and they didn't deliver the last 2 times. First time they just flat out didn't make my food. This time they gave my order to the wrong person and then canceled it but only after having me wait 2 hours to get that information. Horrible place, Horrible app, Horrible company. Also it take 10-12 business days to get a refund... insane I won't even remember what the refund is for at that point
