This location stay messing up someone’s order. I ordered once and I got told that they ran out of chicken patties and if I would like my sandwich with chicken nuggets. Another time the employee gave my order to his friend. And just now I go to get my food and get told that there’s no soda only lemonade and orange juice

I gave this rating for a reason. Me and my mom ordered a biggie bag and we told them a plain cheeseburger because I am a picky eater. We had to go through the drive through THREE TIMES just to get the right order. The service was horrible.

I went 12-23-24 and every time I go they mess up my order this new manager and employee look like they don’t want to do their jobs it’s to the point you order what you want and they don’t care and give you what ever they want. Theirs no control

They messed up our order so bad I had to settle for what they gave me this is a shame plus there's a huge language barrier if you cannot have someone that can understand english please don't have them working a window the attitude was beyond disgusting.

Valentina is the best.
I recently visited Wendy's and had a very positive experience. Valentina was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She took the time to ensure I was satisfied with my order and always had a smile on her face. Such warm and attentive service really makes a difference and makes you feel welcome as a customer. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

I just left this Wendy’s, I’m confused on how I ordered a DOUBLE STACK! Got my food, got home, opened my bad, got my sandwich, opened my sandwich…. why TF is it a bacon burger…. I don’t eat pork… how do yall confuse a bacon sandwich with a double stack?? I live about a 15 drive away from this Wendy’s. I tried calling 5 plus times and still no answer. MAKES NO SENSE HOW YALL DONT ANSWER. And yes I’m mad over a sandwich. Y’all need to do better tf

I made a mobile order around 12:30 am being that they close at 2… so my son went to go pick it up .. my son was on line for a good 30 to 45 minutes and when he gets to the intercom they told him that they were already closed… my son preceded to tell them it was a mobile order. They said they system was down my son told he was waiting all this time and they basically was still making orders.. my son told them they have to cancel they said no they can’t do it on their end… when I tried to do it, they app kept saying it was an error

Although on web site individual Wendy's does not rise prices they have been trying prices as per how busy they are Garfiel Ave has raised some of the prices but the prices have not posted the raises
