I was in the restaurant a little while ago,and evethough the food was ok tasting,the hygiene part of the restaurant is hands down the worst.I noticed a rat runnning around in the restaurant,I will never be a customer of White Castle again

Asked for a waffle egg n cheese and asked the waffle to be crispy.
Was not crispy at all. Service was good but cleanliness was a big question ❓ mark as tables were dirty at 11am.

Finally made it to White Castle—a bucket list item inspired by Harold and Kumar! The food lived up to the hype; the sliders were satisfying and hit the spot just like I’d imagined. However, the experience was a bit let down by the indifferent staff, who didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. Despite that, it was worth the visit for the iconic sliders and the fun of checking it off my list.

Horrible People and management.. gets your car towed on purpose even though you are a customer and you have a receipt on the dashboard... they have a rule they dont get it towed if ur inside the location..but there is no seating inside the crammed space..so where would someone sit ??? The name of the towing company or the amount isnt mentioned either..making a further harrowing experience. They became toxic because People don't eat their food and use the parking, i guess. But I was a customer and receipt was there..then why would you tow.

I've been going to White Castle for 30 years and this was the worst one I ever been to. I had to repeat the order three times into the drive-thru because they were all busy listening to music in the restaurant. Then I had to repeat the order one more time at the window. The reason why I didn't give the service 2 stars is because the people were still nice and let us use the bathroom after midnight
