Ordered for the first time today 10-27-25 and was shocked the wings I got were all the “drum” stick, I’m sure if I would order that I’d cost more for the one kind of wing.
Was very disappointed and thought they could’ve been bigger, they were the smallest wing pieces I have had in a LONG time for what I paid🤬….

I prefer Lemon-pepper. However, you only have a Lemon-pepper dry rub. Please consider a Lemon-pepper sauce. I will not return until you have that because I do not like your other flavors. I have tried your Lemon-pepper dry rub, and it is JUST okay. I will continue to take my business to Buffalo Wild Wings where they have a Lemon-pepper sauce.

I’ve been here many times to pick my online order The hispanic lady she very mean and give customers attitude all the time .she has to learn more customer service skills ,smile is not gonna cost nothing

Hands down the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life.
Ordered at 8:30PM and received my order by 9:30. The order arrived within the time frame they said they will arrive. I won’t complain about that.
However, the food was bad. Ordered 20 wings with 4 flavors.
All 4 of them were bad. To make things worse, one of them was plain wings and it was PLAIN meaning I don’t think it was seasoned by salt at all. Who messes up plain wings. It is pretty hard to do. The wings were all around dry, tasteless and not fresh at all. I am sure they weren’t freshly made because it tasted like overnight wings.
The seasoned fries was tasteless. Absolute dog water.
Never ordering from here ever again. I was hesitating between Pizza Hut and this and wish I ordered Pizza hut!

Don’t waste your money. Dry wings (Mexican street corn), soggy tenders taste worse than microwave Tyson’s breaded tenders. I’ve have great experiences at other Wingstop locations.

Had a pick up order on 8/25 at 9pm, while waiting for my food the lady at the cash register seemed bothered and unwilling to show satisfaction to costumers. Saw that she deleted my partners name on the screen when it said ready and when asked if it was ready, she responded with a rude and unhelpful attitude. Left the restaurant unsatisfied.

Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena
Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona

Ordered around 12:15 at night mind you i only ordered during the afternoon before so this was new. The food is usually decent. I ordered garlic parmesan wings that had no parmesan like not even a smell of parmesan and i doubt there was garlic. The mild wings were just lightly coated in a random hot sauce. The lemonade was decent yet the aftertaste tasted like mop water. Fries were like mashed potatoes despite requesting for a bit more cook time. Don’t order late at night!!!!!!!!
