Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

I was honestly happy for this location to open up. My first time ordering for delivery through the app. It was the typical checkout for the app. But when I received my food, I was disappointed. The wings were cold, the fries were so cold as if they were sitting out for an hour and they had no seasoning whatsoever. My corn was also cold and my wings definitely needed to be cooked more. On top of that I NEVER RECEIVED MY RANCH!!!! Everything was cold and not seasoned correctly. It’s as if they did not follow the recipe on how to make everything. Truly disappointed because I live only 5 minutes from here. But I like Wingstop so I said let me give this location a try, and it was my first time for this location and most definitely my last. The Union City is so much better!

Stopped by this new location in Jersey City!! Restaurant is very small, takeout only. Service is a bit slow especially during lunch hours but the food was really good!!! I love that u can request flats only and this was my first time trying their cajun corn which for phenomenal!!!!!! Will def stopped by again. Limited parking in front so be aware.

I’m really saddened by my experience at this location. The wait was over 35 minutes for 8 wings. When I received the food it was cold and the wings were burnt and dry. I also saw an employee eating the competitors food right in front of me. Which is horrible for business. This is by far one of the worst wing stops I’ve been to.
