Wonder Bagels is definitely a Jersey City staple, and for good reason. The ingredients in my breakfast bagel—bacon, egg whites, and hash browns—were on point, especially the hash browns, which added a perfect crispy touch. The bagel itself was a bit dense, like it hadn’t risen quite enough, but still a really solid bite overall. Ordering, though, was chaotic. One of the staff, a shorter woman with dark hair, had trouble communicating clearly, which made things even more...
