The prices are high because their margins are low because they literally screw up 50% of orders. Heavy set woman at counter is outlandishly rude. Bagels are not authentic North Jersey Bagels. They don’t have the same fluff, they’re like rolls with a hole in them. The arrogance is the cherry on top.

This place is disgusting! I stopped here on my way to work to get a breakfast sandwhich. The guy took my order and started to blow his nose. I was thinking he would wash his hands, but he didn't. He grabs one glove only and starts to make my sandwich. I just walked right of the place. Eat there if you want to consume other people DNA.
I love eating here but seeing the chefs cook and use 1 glove while touching people's food with the non glove is disgusting and can cause cross contamination... u should not be moving around everywhere touching different things in the area and then go back and touch someone's food. I respect the hustle but u gotta be safe in doing so...

They're Always attentive & swift, always saying hi & making you feel welcome. The atmosphere is so happy & lively & makes you want to come back.***YOU MUST TRY... there French Toast bagels [toasted&buttered] its delectable!***My husband swears by their Taylor ham/Egg/Cheese on roll (w/extra taylorham). So if that's ur thing over a bagel try that!Vegetarian options: Ask the staff. They are extremely helpful & someone is always available to answer any questions!Dietary restrictions: They have tons of options for someone with allergies or someone trying to not eat as many calories. Or the opposite, someone wanting to pack on the carbs. As I said about vegetarian options, just ask the amazing staff. They'll point you in the right direction!Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly! Tons of tables to sit and eat at. It's not a quiet place so kids would never be a bother! They close at 3pm but locked the doors at 2:20 pm and all the workers were sitting around a table doing nothing and waived us away. Change your hours online if you aren’t open until 3pm.

My first time eating here! Everyone was full of smiles and my bacon, egg and cheese came out fairly quick! The bagel was super soft which made eating the sandwich delightful! The iced coffee was on the strong side, I have no problem with that! So much options including lots of desserts! I’ll be back to try something different! Enjoy it!
