They are so stingy with cream cheese. I've given it several chances and it's always the same. They put a little cream cheese on half of the bagel. When I asked them to add more cream cheese, they have an attitude and then charge me up to $1.00 for it.

I have stopped in a few mornings and picked up eggs on a bagel. The eggs were cooked perfectly not overcooked like at many places. The staff is friendly. Try it if you're in the area.

Ordered a egg and cheese bagel with avocado, this was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from them, first of all the price was close to $9.00 which is outrageous, I’m not even sure there were two eggs it was mostly bread and to top it off,a piece of the avocado seed was in the sandwich, I discovered that while I was chewing, please avoid this place…

they are stingy with cream cheese it's comical. fresh bagels are tough and chewy @ 5:45am. the other WB locations taste better and are busier... that tells you a lotKid-friendliness: it's a bagel deli. there's no ball-pit or kiddie room.

What the f…I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese with Salt pepper mayo. I specifically asked for provolone cheese. It was the end of the day but that is no excuse (1pm on Sunday)..I picked it up and my mistake did not order until I got home. No mayo AND american cheese. To make matters worse there was only 3 slices of tiny bacon on 1 side of the sandwich.I tried to call but of course it was then 2:09 and they close so why bother picking up the phone?!I was pumped for a fresh sandwich on a warm bagel, not this garbage. I wish I took a pic but was so frustrated I threw it all in the trash. (The dog did get some bacon so someone is happy ??)
I watch the cook toss my sandwich to the cashier, and she drops my food on the ground and pretends to walk towards the back of the restaurant 1pm

Though everyone isn't as talkative, they have always been polite and i didn't feel as i was being rushed! I order over the phone as I've eaten there quite a few times before! Today i had the beef bacon BLT one of my favs there as a lot of food establishments don't have beef bacon. I also had a pastrami with Cole slaw and Russian dressing which was good as always! Once there i added some home fries which were outstanding! Nice atmosphere and i would refer them to my friends

This is the worst wonder bagel in Jersey City, you’re better off waiting in line in downtown. Where do I start 2-3 people came after they took our order and they got their food before us. We got two bacon egg and cheeses the first one they put so much mayo and ketchup just in the middle that it was not even possible for my partner to eat it, then they gave him my bagel which was burnt. Then to make matters worse my bagel was missing the ketchup, so I went back inside to please ask them to put ketchup like I asked and they literally looked like I was bothering them when they got my order wrong in the first place then on top of that they put ketchup only in the middle where the bagel was split in half and they put so much that I was unbearable I couldn’t even eat it. Worst place I’ve ever eaten at terrible customer service not to mention the person on the grill was holding phones and talking to people with the same gloves he used to handle the food. Just plain disgusting. Don’t come here .
