Packaging is perfect, I had an email notification to track and a ETA that was accurate. Everything was individually wrapped and the ice packs were frozen solid. Multiple layers of insulation from the box itself to the fish.
Customer service was also above and beyond. I had made a small mistake in my order and they were highly responsive and quick to resolve. I appreciate how communicative and knowledgeable they were. Many thanks again.
The uni I ordered was fantastic, couldn't help but sneak a few pieces as I opened the package. Debated if I should have kept it all to myself or share...

A Gen for Home Cooks! Best fish for sushi I found in NYC and NJ. I was very surprised by the quality given that it was frozen. The Bluefin kama toro was the bomb and it was a feast for two for a weekend.
