I ordered online for frozen tuna, salmon, ikura, caviar, and uni. I received the products are good condition in frozen form and fresh uni. Each products are packed well with dry ice and multiple solid ice packs came with next day delivery to door service.

delivery and packaging were perfect, products were delicious. the quail eggs all arrived intact because of the excellent packaging. Radish sprouts were a little slimy, perhaps something so delicate isn't meant to be shipped near dry ice? The prices are very reasonable for the products. The salmon and negitoro were to die for- equally good raw and torched.

Packaging is perfect, I had an email notification to track and a ETA that was accurate. Everything was individually wrapped and the ice packs were frozen solid. Multiple layers of insulation from the box itself to the fish.
Customer service was also above and beyond. I had made a small mistake in my order and they were highly responsive and quick to resolve. I appreciate how communicative and knowledgeable they were. Many thanks again.
