I don't mean to give such a low review, but have to be honest based on my reviews here.. The cookies weren't great that I got. Now I am not sure if they were a bad batch, I came in too early, they were sitting there since the day before, or maybe that is the type that is sold here... They were hard and sugary. They tasted good after a few chews, but really was like eating a hard rock when I would break them apart (see video). They could have been in the jar since the day before, but then I still go handed them. So I am always willing to give another shot, but nothing I would drive out the way for!
Otherwise the store and service were excellent! A really homie vibe in store, and you can see they care about their cookies!

The smell as soon as you walk in is amazing and delicious! The woman inside was super sweet and the cookies were perfect! Soft and gooey in the center with a crisp around the edge.

I had heard everyone rave about the cookies here which I found to be average. Not terrible, and not great, but okay. The owner was not pleasant to deal with and our one time was our last time. Just goes to show what some people put up with for an average product. When buying food you can only hear " im running around like my hair is on fire " so many times before you get turned off. If you can't handle walk in customers don't accept them. Also from one business owner to another don't assume every face that comes in your store has been there before. The brownie cookies everyone told me to try were nothing special to write home about and mostly the cookies lacked consistency.
