This Dunkin was only OK. I don't expect much ,regarding service but this is the first time the manager seemed to be annoyed about the staff forgetting food we ordered through the Drive Thru! AND, after they apologized for having us return to correct thier errors, they still forgot an item. I've never given this type of rating and I don't take it lightly. One employee who came out to give us the order, was very nice, even though the order was incomplete.

I’ve been going here my whole life and suddenly the place feels 10X worse between some of the employees doing nothing and then them doing it wrong when they do something. I also always order around 5-10 minutes before I get there and it’s not done right. The one down the street I order in the drive thru and it’s done before I’m at the window. THIS PLACE SUCKS NOW. And to top it off they can’t even make a Coolatta right

This place sucks every time i go in there the worker's ack like they can't help me always have a problem taking my order the week days they are so much better than the weekend and I'm a regular there sorry will not be going there anymore and 1 or 2 of the ladys that works there it seems to be always high on some drugs
