This review is LONG overdue, but this past October, Sophie had a cake prepared for my boyfriend’s 25th birthday. It was coming up really soon and I still hadn’t gotten a cake. I came across Sophie C’s Sweets on Facebook and saw how talented she was. I messaged her on a Monday, asking if she’d be able to bake me a cake by the following Saturday, and to my surprise, she was able!
